Zeroth Law of the Science of Consciousness:

Conscious experiences are generated by the intrinsic attributes of the subject of consciousness, and the complexity of the intrinsic properties of the conscious subject completely determines the potential complexity of the content of the conscious experiences. The intrinsic property is normally not structural.

Inference 1 - Intrinsic properties of some subject are too simple such that the conscious experiences of the subject are also very simple and it cannot even experience the time flowing.

Comments: Quantum states themselves contain unstructured elements, and relations between these state are structural, so quantum mechanics can be used to describe the experience. This is the reason why quantum mechanics can be used to study consciousness. In addition, the 0th law combined with quantum mechanics can be used to partially solve the "difficult problem", that is, theoretically defining what is the experience.

First Law of the Science of Consciousness:

It is impossible to find the physical entity corresponding to the conscious subject M in its accompanied world W_M. But the physical entity of the other consciousness M can be found in the world W 'accompanied by M'.

Second Law of the Science of Consciousness:

the intrinsic properties can not be combined.

Inference 1 from the 2nd Law: the physical entity corresponding to the subject of consciousness is inseparable. If the elementary particle is defined as an indivisible physical object, the subject of consciousness will only be borne by some kind of elementary particles.

Inference from the 0th and the 2nd Laws: the subject of consciousness is a kind of elementary particles with complex intrinsic properties.

Inference 2 from the second Law: consciousness is no longer an emergent phenomenon.

Comment - I conjecture: Law 2 can be derived from Law 3.

Third Law of the Science of Consciousness:

Each flash of conscious experience always tries to include as much information as possible. If a conscious subject can only form a conscious experience flash, then it can not experience the time flowing and it will be equivalent to be unconscious.

Comment 1: This is actually the principle of maximum information. The subject of consciousness always tries to add as much states as possible in order to obtain more information (to increase the entanglement entropy), but sometimes more states may instead make the information less. So there is a maximum. When the maximum value is reached, these superpositional states will form an experience flash, and the rest of the state can form the next experience fragment, and so on to form more experience fragments, thus forming the experience flow and the time flow. On the contrary, if only when all states have been included  the maximum entropy can be reached, it will lead to a disaster, because it can only form an experience fragment. In this case, the consciousness can not experience the time flowing.

Comment 2: The principle of maximum information actually saves the panpsychism, because it assumes that all things are conscious, but then MIP says only a part of the things can experience the time flowing and thus are truly conscious.

Comment 3: In principle, under the framework of my consciousness theory, all physical theories can be deduced from this principle. In this logical system, the principle of maximum information is the only rule that needs to be followed, which ensures that the subject of consciousness can produce a meaningful or informative experience at the next moment or to ensure that the conscious subject is "alive". In fact, most of the work of the future science of consciousness should focus on the third Law.

Fourth Law of the Science of Consciousness:

In the objective world W 'accompanied by the consciousness M', the way in which the consciousness subject M interacts with the environment is a temporarily identical particle principle. The consciousness M constantly exchanges with some of the systems in the environment and will not cause any observable physical phenomena in a short period of time.

Comment 1: In principle, the 4th Law can be obtained by the 3rd Law.

Comment 2: Note that it makes no sense to discuss how the consciousness M ' interacts with its accompanied world W', since according to the first law, M 'is not in W'. They do not interact at all! But M ' will decide how W' will show up.

Comment 3: Although this law seems to be not very important, this law will be of the utmost importance in the future practical application, and it will be used directly in making consciousness, transferring consciousness and helping us to gain eternal life.

Comment 4: Temporarily identical particle principle is only a hypothesis and should be tested first by experiments. If one day it is tested to be true, it eventually will lay the foundation of the science of consciousness.
