Financial Development Program (FDP)
Financial Development Program in China is for graduates or young professionals who have career aspirations in financial discipline. The program will develop young professionals in a variety of finance areas as well as leadership competencies through rotations, workshops, networking and coaching.
The program duration is for two years and provides participants with 2 rotational assignments in finance operations, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit etc. Rotational assignments may be in one of the business groups as well as in corporate office. Assignment manager will be appointed to each FDP participant to assist him/her to successfully complete the 2-year development program and prepare for exciting opportunities and challenges ahead.
Upon completion of the program, the participants will be assigned to a key financial position in one of Company's businesses to help us realize our vision of being the most admired company in our markets.
Qualified candidate with less than two year working experience is preferred.
