Virtuous Leadership’s methodology stems from the two essential notions upon which it is predicated:

Every human being is capable of acquiring and growing in virtue.

Virtuous Leadership is coordinated by Alexandre Havard, Director of the European Center for Leadership Development.

Alexandre Havard has led the program in a variety of countries in English, Russian, French and Spanish for business executives, educators, public officials, and MBA and other speciality students. A graduate of one of France’s leading law schools, he has worked as an attorney-at-law in several European countries. Havard is an alumnus of IESE Business School. He is the author of the book “Virtuous Leadership: An Agenda for Personal Excellence”, published in New York in July 2007.

亚里山德勒"哈瓦德已在讲英语、俄语、法语和西班牙语的许多国家为商业主管、教育工作者、公务员和MBA以及其它专业的学生主持过该课程。哈瓦德毕业于法国的一所重点法学院,在欧洲的多个国家当过律师。哈瓦德还是IESE商学院的毕业生。他是《以德服人的领导能力:成就自身的日程表》一书的作者,该书于2007年7月在纽约出版发行。
