人格解体—depersonalization一种知觉障碍，特征为自我关注增强，但感到自我的全部或部分似乎是不真实、遥远或虚假的；这种改变发生时，感觉正常而且情感表达能力完整。在各种复杂而痛苦的主观体验中，多难以用文字表达，比较突出的有躯体改变的体验、强迫性自我审视、缺乏情感反应、时间体验紊乱，以及身份异化感或自动感。在人格内部，表现为心理失调、情绪紊乱或企图自杀；在社会中，则表现为反社会行为。也表现为一种奇怪的复合体验障碍，感到自身或外部世界发生了改变，具有一种陌生感和不真实感.
當初選擇了這部電影,首先是他的名字跟LP的一首歌名字一樣,其次就是因為主演是我在F6裡面最愛的Matthew
Perry.
一如其他的勵志類電影主題劇情設計方面有點舊套,生活不如意-遇見女主角-開始有起色-失去女主角-得到路人or高人指點-大團圓結局.不過在這種主題劇情下我們更應該注重的是細節,溫馨幽默是電影的主旋律,這只是一個簡簡單單的愛情故事,沒有轟轟烈烈的愛情,只有一個憨憨的男人重新認識自己身邊的一切,努力去改變自己,最後抱得美人歸.
喜歡這部電影的原因可能我自己就是跟電影裡面的主人公有太多相似之處,對現實的非真實感,他只能通過偷竊大麻吃藥來解決,而我通過的是謊言.然而更大的原因是喜歡電影中的2段話:
I want to know that if my limbs fall
off, we'd still be together no matter what and when he says my

Or i put on perfume, he puts on
Cologne, and we go out, we could smell each other.
He gives you smile when you are
tired, that's a big one.
And you tell them something you are
scared to tell them because you are afraid they are gonna make them
stop loving you, but when you tell them, you are surprised because
actually it makes them love you more.
Or, you tell them that you love their
shirt and they end up wearing it every day.
A greatest example. this is my
grandparents, my grandma's already had arthratis in her hand and
she cant bend down and paint her toes so my grandfather does it for
her，all the time，even though he has arthratis in his hands
too
I just want you to know that, even if she lost all your limbs, we'd still be together forever, i mean i really hope that doesn't because i think your limbs are pretty rein.
Andwhen i said your name, it would always sound safe.
And
I am not sure about the perfume, the cologne thing, but i can try, you know, i can pick some up.
I will try to make you smile when you are tired, I know you think that's really hard to do, but i think i could do that.
And you'd never have to be scared to tell me anything.
And if you like this shirt, i won't take it off for months.
And i'd be more than willing to paint your grandmother's toe, so that your grandfather doesn'thave to do it anymore.
You don't have to save me, Sara, but i am gonna love you for the rest of my life, so things will be a lot better for me if you are around.
當我們遭遇跟主人公一樣情形的時候,我們與其成為藥物的奴隸,不如成為生活的奴隸,畢竟我們能選擇自己的生活,選擇自己的朋友,不過我們卻不能選擇我們所愛上的人(此乃後話...)

最後不得不稱贊一下Matthew的演技,塑造了一個迷茫真誠幽默細膩又帶點小孩子氣的病人形象,比起他在以前電影中純搞笑形象的表現有了不少進步...
