在未来中流浪

   周末接到陶氏化学的电话去面试，第二天还确认一边，说一定要按时去，他们在北京的时间很紧什么的。今天提前去了，本来安排的是17点10分，到17点半才进去。

   整个过程和网上说的差不多，全英文。a self-introduction first. 接着是桌上放着四张纸，让抽一张，准备一下开始回答。我抽到的是your most successful project(the content of the project;the obstacles;coorperate with team members;why it the most successful one)估计都是一些比较常规的外企问题吧。然后问，an example of leadership; an example about how to deal with conflicts. 接着问，the biggest event you organized in school. 还问，are you intersted in chemical industry? 我说不确定啊，因为我对行业不太了解。如果能加入DOW，第一件事情就是了解公司了解行业。最后就说这是第一轮，会在2周内通知。

    总的来说，对陶氏印象不错，主要是面试官真的很nice。不知结果如何，但陶氏的确是我非常感兴趣的公司，呵呵，God Bless Me!
