青年人如何才能有所改变呢?

               How young people can make a change?

    Many of us do not like what we see around us but the last thing we ever do is try to change it. I think that this is the beginning of failure and why what we hate still remains around us.

    We have such an amazing power of creativity inside us to change the way things work around us. Only lazy people go about and say this is the way things have always worked and will always continue to work. I have come to discover that the things around us depend only on the things we do and the things we do not. Do you want your country to change? Start by changing the small things around you.

    Let me help you by saying that your habits should be the first thing to change. Can you remember how difficult it was for you to break a habit that you desired to break some years back? Do you remember that habit of yours that you are still struggling to break? If it is not so easy to change yourself when you want to, it is not going to be so easy to change the people around you.

    People are watching you. Some of them do not expect you to change, so your change is going to be a wonder to them. When you change, they will change. Just change yourself and see how many people will tell you later that you were the one who changed them.

    How do we now go on changing the habit that has become so firmly established in our lives? There are specific steps that when followed will help you take control and shape your thoughts in ways that serve you. Work these techniques into your daily routine and give them some time to grow and flourish. You ’ll be surprised at the positive changes you can create in your life.

    Anything you want to change in your life has to move from “the should do list” to “ the must do list”. For example, Most of us spent years thinking we should quit smoking. But decide right now that quitting is a must for you. This has got to be the first step you take on the path to freedom. That will help you turn the shakiness into strength. Make your quit a must—it’s where we all have to begin.

    许多人对身边所见颇有微词,却又不想去改变现状。我想也许这就是失败的由来,而且也是我们讨厌的事总是挥之不去的原因。

    我们内心拥有一股神奇的创造力,这种力量足以改变身边事物的运行方式。只有懒惰的人才会四处闲逛,还口口声声说事情就是这样,而且会一直这样运行下去。然而,我发现我们身边所发生是一切都取决于我们的所为和不为之事。你是否也想过要改变国家?那就从改变身边的小事做起吧。

    让我来帮帮你吧,你首先要改变的就是你的习惯。还记得几年前,你想改掉一个习惯是多么费劲吗?还记得你仍在挣扎着要去摆脱的那个习惯吗?如果想改变自我都如此伤脑筋,那么要去改变身边的人又谈何容易呢?

    大家都在注视着你。有些人并不指望你能改变多少,所以你的变化将会令他们瞠目结舌。当你改变之时,他们也不会无动于衷。那就去改变自己吧,到时再看看有多少人告诉你那个改变他们的人就是你。

   那么我们如何才能改变在我们生活中已经根深蒂固了的习惯呢?有一些具体的措施,如果你去遵循的话,可以帮助你控制你自己并形成对你有益的思维习惯,把这些技巧融入你的日常生活中去,给它们时间让其生长和发展,你会惊奇的发现你在自己的生活中做出了积极的变化。

    你试着这样去做吧:把你想改变的任何事情从“应该做的项目上”挪到“必须做的项目”上,比如说,我们中有许多人花了几年的时间去想我们应该戒烟,但是请现在就决定戒烟是必须做的事情!这是你在通往自由之路上所要走的第一步,它能帮助你将软弱变为坚强。把你的“戒掉”当作必须做的事情—我们大家都应当从这里开始。
