星期天是忧郁的，

我的时间在沉迷。

注：

1、 在30年代的匈牙利有首名曲 “优郁的星期天”(Gloomy Sunday)，是匈牙利的作曲家Rezso Seress在1930年的名曲，当初Rezso是在匈牙利的餐馆里弹奏这首曲子，以“史上最悲苦的音乐”而著名，也使得“Rezso Seress”成为当时媒体的关注焦点。而作词者Laszlo Javor曾无奈的说，假若这歌词能以诗集的形式发行，可能就不会造成那么多的遗憾。此曲当时在布达佩斯所造成的轰动，引起小说家尼克巴可(Nick Barkow)高度的兴趣，因此他根据此曲于1988年创作出了同名小说，而德国导演洛夫史巴(Rolf Schubel)将再将其改编成电影。本诗歌之所以被作者选用，旨在使大家展开探讨，在理解人们失去亲人痛苦的基础上，劝导人们努力摆脱如梦一般的阴影而积极乐观地生活。
