The Steady-State Interpretation for Quantum Hall Effects

Abstract Based on the basic laws of electromagnetism and the basic characteristics of quantum as well as some experimental results of the quantum Hall effect, the basic characteristics of the magnetic flux passes through the orbit surface of rotating carrier are studied. We demonstrated that the magnetic flux quantization and quantum Hall effects are produced by the steady-state of rotating carrier in a magnetic field. The new calculation method for quantum Hall resistance  has be obtained. We also found that the steady-state of rotating carrier can be calculated by using the phase factor of wave functions. A number of problems of existing theory of quantum Hall effect are analyzed, for example, it is impossible that the carrier to carry magnetic flux. Based on the level features of rotating carrier, we predicted it is possible to produce the carrier level transition with a microwave radiation at one time, when one Hall surface is divided into two regions of energy levels. It is possible to make a fine microwave source.
