给“游泳的鱼”----出发训练视频flash

     最开始就按小日本的练吧,注意大臂要压住头,入水一瞬间一定要----低头,否则泳镜会被水砸掉的。还有就是脚发力要晚一些,手的位置比较低了,再蹬出发的跳台,要是早蹬,就容易“拍”着身体。再有就是多练,每天练习30次跳水,有两周就差不多练好了。祝你比赛顺利,泳镜勒紧一些,比赛视频到时候记得发上来啊。

Are we going to focus on the start? For me, it's now one of my special tools. It's now one of my strong point. I'm so working on it, trying to make it better each time I get in the water. The first thing you want to do is when you're behind the blocks, and in my case, that's kind of when I decided I need to settle down and start thinking about my race. And then I prepare my self-discipline the best of my part I can at that given time.

So when I get on the block I take a deep breath and nice focus on my race, (I position my feature where they want to be.) When you come down and grab the block, you want to make sure your arms are straight. you're not bent. and you want to make sure that your entire hand is over the block. your thumb is not grabbing the block. Your thumb is actually going to help you push off the block. When you're standing on you block you need to focus on the one point of entry. You will wonder is that a little closer or a little faraway. That's where your hands to be sent to the water.

You'll never be faster in a race than you are when you push off the wall, when you push off the blocks. You want to make sure that your one hand is on top of the other. You're going in a nice stream line position. In order to get yourself to come out to the top, you want to make sure that you're not lifting your head up out of your body position, that you're lifting
the back of your neck. And that'll help you get to the surface.
你离开池壁或跳台时的速度是比赛中最快的。你要双手叠放,保持好的流线形。为了浮到水面上,你不要将头抬得过高,破坏你的体形,而是抬起脖子的下部,这样就能有助你到达水面。

In order to get yourself to come out to the top, you want to make sure that you're not lifting your head up out of your body position, that you're lifting the back of your neck. And that'll help you get to the surface. As I start my kick to the surface, I don't lift my head. My head is still in line with my body. I don't lift my head at all. Drag my entire kick under water.
为了浮到水面上,你不要将头抬得过高,破坏你的体形,而是抬起脖子的下部,这样就能有助你到达水面。我开始打腿游向水面。没有抬头,头与体形保持一致,一点都没抬头。

Get that my point of entry, my feet drop down, I start my kick a little too soon on this one. But look at how I get the flipper effects with my feet and my ankle flexibility. This is going to get me to the top of the water a lot sooner, and ..... As I break out of the water, you noticed that my head isn't coming out first, but my arm, my head is still in line. The most powerful stroke in the race ......I come out to start.  
这是我的入水点,脚下沉,这次的踢腿有一点早。但是我如何用脚和灵活的踝关节制造出脚蹼效果的。这使我更早地到达水面。出水后,注意先出水的不是头而是臂,头部还保持流线形。出发后是我最有力的划臂。
