纪录片《太阳村的孩子》35分钟 创作于2004年
北京市太阳村特殊儿童救助研究中心(原中华慈善总会特殊儿童救助工作部,北京示范儿童村),简称太阳村。于2000年12月在北京顺义区赵全营镇板桥村正式建村。太阳村,自筹资金,采取集中供养的方式,无偿替罪犯代养代教未成年子女的场所。该村使这些孩子在离开父/母的日子里得到生存、接受教育和有病能及时治疗等基本权利的保障。
太阳村收留的这些孩子受到父母和亲属的遗弃。他们的父母或者双双入狱,或者一方被判刑,其中有很多杀人、抢劫、贩毒等重刑犯,而另一方则被杀、离异或不知去向。走进太阳村的孩子们就近读书。分别在当地的幼儿园,小学和中学插班就读。有的初中毕业的孩子在顺义职教中心上学。这些孩子可以免费在儿童村生活到父/母刑满释放。父/母刑期比较长的可以生活到16~18岁,由儿童村和当地政府共同给予妥善安置。
由于太阳村属于民间组织(即NGO),没有政府拨款,所有费用均向社会募集。这个纯公益性质的NGO(非政府组织),却一直没有得到应得的“名分”
Introduction to the Works
In the suburb of Beijing, there is a non-governmental charity named Sun Village. In Sun Village, some dozens of children, with the age range from 3 to 18, are adopted. No their own families foster them, but most of them are not orphans at all. For some children, their parents both are serving a sentence in a prison; and for other children, one of their parents has been sentenced and the other has died or got a divorce. A variety of reasons cause that their relatives have no ability or are unwilling to bring them up.
The documentary in which three younger children, that is, Tongtong, Liu Siyuan and A Zejiang, are the leading actors describes the daily living of children of Sun Village. Via the observation, the author tries to understand the mental world of these children who have unusual experiences in such an extraordinary living surroundings. In fact, Children’s intelligence and complexity are beyond our imagination. Children’s world is the place that adults are unable to reach forever. Don’t we have the same feeling when we recall our own childhoods?
