小  海 

           孩子不停地

           从大海里舀来海水

           倒进去

           在被他们叫做小海的

           沙坑里  养着一只海蜇

           一只被大海无意中遗弃的

           海蜇  透明的海蜇

           孩子  三个孩子

           两个男孩和一个女孩

           在傍晚的余光中

           海潮  在几步外

           涌过来  又缩回去

           孩子  不停地

           用小小的矿泉水瓶

           舀水  他们要盛满

           这小海——

           一只漏底的沙器

The kids kept fetching water

From the sea

Pouring into

Their “little sea”, a hole dug on the beach

In which the kids raised a jellyfish

Discarded unintentionally by the sea

A jellyfish, a crystal jellyfish

Kids, three kids

Two boys and a girl

Bathed in the sunset

A few steps from the sea

The tides up and down

The kids kept filling the little bottle

Pouring into their “little sea”

Expecting the little sea filled

But “the little sea”----

Is a leaking sieve
