Planning is management function that involves defining goals,establishing strategies for achieving those goals, and developing plans to integrare and coordinate activities.

计划是指制定目标和构建为达到这些目标开展这些计划协调工作的策略的管理职能..

Organizing is management function that involves determining what tasks are to be done ,who is to do them ,how the tasks are to be grouped ,who reports to whom ,and where decisions are to be made.

组织是这样的管理职能,它包括决定应该做什么工作,谁去做,怎样分组完成这些工作,在工作过程中谁向谁汇报以及在哪里做工作中需要的决定.

Leading is management function involves motivating subordinates , influencing individuals or teams as they work , selecting the most effective communication channels ,or dealing in any way with employee behavior issues.

领导包括动员员工,在他们工作时给他们鼓励,并挑选最有效的交流途径进行沟通,用各种方法处理员工的行为.

Controlling is management function that involves monitoring actual performance ,comparing actual to standard , and taking action , if necessary.

These skills are most important at the top management levels.
