1.       Keeping professionals excited about work that can be routine and standardized is a major challenge for Siegel. How could he use technical, human, and conceptual skills to maintain an environment that encourages innovation and professionalism in his CPA firm?

3.       Would LLG’s approach work for all CPA firm? Why or why not? What could other managers learn from Steven Siegel?

Answer: LLG’s approach doesn’t work for all CPA firms.

Reasons (1) Every organization is different from other .and they will face different environments so it needs different ways of managements.(2) Organization is a opening system and there isn’t a model of management working for all organizations;(3) Every organization has its own character and style.

The spirit of innovation and making chances; They should make sure that the customers receive the best services; Making the employees feel that they have a good environment developing their skills and creativity.

答案:LLG公司的方案不适合所有的公司。原因:一、每个组织是不同的,它们所面对的环境也是不同,因此需要不同的管理方式。二、组织是一个开放的系统,没有一套固定的管理模式。三、每个组织都有自己的特点和风格。
