A  man  named  Zhang-Dayou, lived  in Tang  Dynasty  of  China. Facing the heavy snow falling, he  made  a extemporaneous (即席的，无准备的 ) verse  of  five words  in  a  sentence:
River  and  mountain  look obscure / the well left a black hole. / Yellow dogs’ bodies whiten / White dogs’ bodies get swollen.
The  posterity（后世，后代）  called  this kind of literature  doggerel , which  the common sayings are revolved  and  sounds  witty（俏皮，诙谐的）and unique.
In the  Qing  Dynasty,Yang-yu, a governor-general of Shan-Gan,  also made a  ragged  verse (打油诗)after  the  prosody（作诗法，韵律学） in   Sleeping  Buddhist Temple of Peking:
 You do sleep  fast / and let  everything  be / Given  I follow  you / who  defend  our  country ?
         
唐代有个叫张打油的人，面对纷飞的大雪，即兴口占一首五言诗：
江山一笼统，井上黑窟窿。黄狗身上白，白狗身上肿。
后人将这种以俗语入诗、俏皮别致的文学品种称之为打油诗。
清代陕甘总督杨遇在北京卧佛寺也学着作过一首打油诗：
