基于标准的评价准备学习活动设计(2009-10-27 16:49:11)

在刚刚结束的中国教育学会外语教学专业委员会第十四届学术年会上,我和北师大的罗少茜教授、课标组的刘兆义教授一起做了一个工作坊,效果还不错,与会者较多,也很积极,收到20多道试题,我们三人进行了现场点评。

我自己感到更欣慰的时:我的备考理念得到老师们的肯定。

以下是提纲。

Problem and theory  (5’)
Is test-oriented education an evil?
Is test preparation learning an evil?
That depends.
If the test is based on standards toward abilities for language use, and the test preparation learning activities are for the abilities for language use, the test preparation activities are ‘good’.
If not…

Case demonstration (15’)
Test standards (GESE)
Standard-based test preparation activities

 

Test standards (SEAS)
Standard-based test preparation activities

 

Procedure of Designing
1 Analyse the test standards and make a detailed list of the abilities the standards require.
2 Make a theoretically  correct and practically feasible learning sequence towards the abilities.
3 Design appropriate activities for test preparation.

 

Practice (10’)
1 Please design some test preparation activities for GESE on the topic ‘food’ based on the standards.

2 Please design some test preparation activities for SEAS writing based on the standards.

You can do the design individually or in groups of 5.
