今天下午出发去开会，Amazing Minds-2009。准备与会的过程是一个学习的过程。
会议的准备非常细致，保证与会者都有收获，真是值得我学习。记得我们自己筹备语言测试会议的时候，也是非常细致，但还是没有这样具有建设性。
我时常在想，我们办一次学术活动，究竟有没有从与会者的视角去明确会议的学术目的，往往可能只是主办者有着自己的学术目的，而没有从与会者的视角去思考这一问题。
我们在教学研究中总是强调learner-centred，但在学术活动时，我们几乎总是忘了delegate-centred，甚至往往连delegate-involved都不够。
暑期马上要举办一次语言测试的活动，从这次活动开始一些改变，探讨delegate-involved逐步发展到delegate-centred的努力。
会议有一个值得关注的口号：Great teachers change the world！

我尽可能把每天的手记发上来，和大家分享会议的收获。

下面的材料值得了解。有时间、有兴趣的老师可以和我一起反思，也是参与会议的一种方式。

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Cambridge, and would like to ask for your help with these pre-conference tasks.

To help make this easier, there are 3 sections:

They are designed to help you share your experiences with the other delegates, and to help our speakers prepare the sessions so they are tailor made for our delegates.
