Yesterday, I chated with my niece over internet. My niece grows up, she was able to chat with me through QQ, I am really happy she told me she will study hard, she has raise up to middle school,and it's her first time to leave home and go to county seat alone.

Today Cathleen was sick, sleeping whole day, and I went to Mall of Asia for buying everything,I encountered rain while I was going home,but fortunately I signed contract with lower price for moving another unit which is based on outer and face to Manila Bay. You know I went to broker's home everyday and checked all the options, only that unit I felt nice,but the broker told me the price for that unit has been increased up that out my budget,so I was trying to talk to her everyday, finally she agreed that give me the lower price but increase one month deposit and one advance, that fine with me, is this a good deal? I think so.

Today I also got news and my brother told me he want to buy a house and its size over 160 square meter, that's big, but the price is good, it locates at boundary of Shanghai and Jiangshu,around 30minutes driving to center of Shanghai, anyway, I think that's also good deal,at least he will be getting his own place and no need to pay monthly rent.
