二．动词depend的词义和用法：v. 依靠，依赖
1) depend（常与on, upon连用）视情况而定
That depends.

2)（常与on 连用）信任，信赖；需要
I haven't a car, I have to depend on the buses.
我没有汽车，只能靠公共汽车。
