意大利面之王Vincenzo <wbr>Spinosi先生带来健康意面

 

1933年的某天,第一包Spinosi意大利面从Campofilone送了出去。从此,Nello Spinosi先生便开始了自己的事业,后成为意大利著名面食生产商人。Vincenzo Spinosi先生继承了父业,不仅使Spinosi成为世界最好的意大利面之一,自己也成了明星,被人称为“意大利面之王”。

 

Vincenzo Spinosi先生总是带着自己心爱的手提箱启程,箱子里装满的是他“特别照顾”的东西:新鲜的鸡蛋,独家调制的面粉、盐,秘制橄榄油,一个揉面板,一个擀面杖,一条精致的围裙,以及其它必需品。到达目的地,他便开始准备,在观众面前表演做面的拿手好戏。

 

此次,意面之王将他的手提箱带到了上海。这个消息对于意面爱好者来说,无疑是一个惊天好消息!《大酒店》有幸邀请到意大利面之王Vincenzo Spinosi先生作客《洋厨房》节目,为饕餮们精心准备了五道足以让人食指大动的美味意面。

 

上海世茂皇家艾美酒店

菜肴:墨鱼汁意面本节瓜樱桃蕃茄和蛤蜊

 

 

原料:

墨鱼汁意大利细面250克,蛤蜊3个,蒜3颗,节瓜1个,樱桃蕃茄10个,荷兰芹二分之一个,白酒九分之一,特醇橄榄油,辣椒二分之一勺。

 

 

做法:

1.     先将蒜放入橄榄油中炒至金黄色

2.     加入一半的辣椒

3.     放入洗好的蛤蜊和白酒

4.     把平底锅盖起直到蛤蜊开口

5.     把蛤蜊壳去掉。保留所有的汁水

6.     在另一个平底锅里,将蒜用橄榄油炒至金黄色后加入节瓜,樱桃蕃茄烹饪3分钟

7.     加入蛤利和汁水烹饪1分钟

8.     加入烹饪好的意面荷兰芹碎和少油橄榄油

9.     拌匀

10.  出菜

VINCENZO Spinosi, from the famous Italian Spinosi family which began to produce pasta as early as 1933, is known as the "Prince of Pasta”, or the "Maccheroncino King," for his charm and charismatic manner and his excellence in the kitchen. He has taken the family tradition and built it into an empire.

 

Wherever he goes, he always departs with a suitcase, albeit a special one, to carry fresh eggs, flour, salt, Spinosi olive oil, a pastry board, rolling pin, an apron, and other essential equipment to make Spinosini pasta, which is thinner than spaghetti. When he arrives at his destination he begins preparing his pasta in front of an audience that is waiting patiently, but eagerly, for a little taste.

This time the Maccheroncino King has brought is suitcase to Shanghai, which is definitely wonderful news for all the pasta lovers here in the town. And Grand Hotels magazine had the honor to invite Mr, Vincenzo Spinosi as a special guest of “You are the Chef”, a popular English speaking cooking program on ICS, presenting 5 creative pasta masterpieces for the pasta fans.

Black ink Spinosini with sauteed zucchini cherry tomato and clams

 

Ingredients: Black ink Spinosini 250g, Clams 3 lbs, Garlic 3 cloves, 1 Zucchini, Cherry tomatoes 10 ozs, Parsley 1/2 bunch, White wine 1/9 C, Extra-virgin olive oil 4 oz, Peperoncino  1/2 tea spoon.

 

Method:

1.       To prepare clams cook garlic in olive oil till golden brown.

2.       Add half the amount of peperoncino in .

3.       Add your rinsed clams and white wine.

4.       Cover pan till clams are opened.

5.       Remove clams from shell and keep all juices.

6.       In another pan cook garlic in olive oil till golden brown add zucchini, cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.

7.       Then add clams and juices and cook for 1 minute.

8.       Add in your cooked pasta your chopped parsley and drizzle remain olive oil.

9.       Stir till mixed evenly.

10.  Then ready to serve.
