Sofitel Plaza Hanoi: Our guests are predominantly from Europe, which is followed by Asia, Australia and America. Both corporate and leisure guests are equally important to us, and they make up an equal share in our hotel’s guest portfolio.

Steps are being taken at local and regional level to ensure that we stay strong in the current climate. Promotions are being launched not only involving accommodation but food and beverage, too, as we have restaurant outlets and huge meeting and banqueting facilities. Market presence is the key for us as well as cross selling since the chain does have a strong presence in Vietnam. Continuous employee trainings and product improvements are being put into place in order to offer better benefits to the guests.
