塔可：玉米饼卷菜，美国把它当作墨西哥美食代表作。

 

 

“在墨西哥吃‘塔可’，要履行几个必不可少的程序：在半个手掌大的玉米饼上适量地铺上在铁板上或火上烤制过的猪肉、牛肉或鸡肉粒，再根据个人喜好加上香菜、洋葱和各色辣酱，用手将放满食品的玉米饼卷成筒状，一个地道的‘塔可’就制作完成了。有的人还在‘塔可’中添上芸豆、土豆泥、和腌制仙人掌条等等作料，使‘塔可’的内容更丰富，口感更鲜美。”

Dear friends,

As you might have seen on the news that a devastating earthquake, magnitude 7.9, hit SiChuan Province on 5/12/2008.  Rescuers dug through schools and homes turned into rubble by China's worst earthquake in three decades to reach victims trapped beneath slabs of concrete. The death toll from the disaster rose to nearly 19,509(number is increasing) and nearly 26,000 people are still buried under debris until Wednesday.

Thousands of families lost their loved ones and homes. Let's bless all those who suffer in this tragedy and hope they can survive and recover soon.
