Dear
Danielle,
I was
quite excited when I received your email. That’s very kind of
you!
I’d
like to say congratulations first, although it seems to be a little
bit late. I hope that your husband and you can have a happy
marriage, and happiness will accompany with you all
along!
It is strange that I am full of enthusiasm about
volleyball, but I hardly ever play it, just watching the matches.
I still
remember that I have enjoyed watching volleyball matches since
1981. Up to now, it’s never been changed. For this reason, I
always like those old and valuable players, such as Luis, Torres
from Cuba, Barros, Moser from Brazil, Artamonova, Tichtchenko from Russia and Phipps, sykora, Tom and you. Besides these
players, I respect a player most. I think she is one of the
greatest volleyball players in the world. Her name is Flo
Hyman. I can’t see them
on the court again because some of them are out of commission. Fortunately, you are still
here. You are full of vigor on the court. I hope that you can
attend Olympic Games in 2008. Maybe you need pay out more efforts
than other younger players to realize the goal. Danielle, cheer up!
I shall support you. I hope that I can meet you in
Beijing then.
By the
way, my English is not very well, so if there are some mistakes or
misunderstanding, please do not mind.
Well, just one sentence to say : happy
birthday in advance!
Faithfully Yours,
Lisa (a fan from China)
