摘 要
自动化立体仓库是物料搬运、仓储科学的一门综合科学技术工程。它以高层立体货架为主要标志,以成套先进的搬运设备为基础,以先进的计算机控制技术为主要手段,实现搬运、存取机械化、自动化,储存管理现代化的新型仓库。它具有占地面积小、储存量大、周转快的优点,是集信息、存储、管理于一体的高技术密集型机电一体化产物。
在本文中,首先是对于自动化立体仓库的了解,如立体仓库的控制系统的分类,立体仓库中实体结构,信息流控制,物质流控制,监控系统的分层等等,并对每一个系统所发挥的作用进行了阐述。
其次,本文中进行了仓库存储系统对于货物选择的算法的研究,考虑到了货物的位置对于货物存取以及货物管理的影响,提出了一系列优化的算法,保证在进行货物存取的过程中能够使存取过程快速化,准确化,提高立体仓库本身的工作效率和准确性
本文中对立体仓库智能监控系统进行了计算机模拟仿真,通过VC++
程序的编写,完成了仿真界面和控制菜单界面的设计工作,实现了对货物根据品种进行独立控制和管理的目的,并对结果进行了分析,提出了存在的问题和今后工作的设想。

Abstract
Automated three-dimensional warehouse is one of the multi-warehousing science and technology projects. It mainly marked by high-level three-dimensional shelf to complete advanced handling equipment based in advanced computer control technology as the main means of achieving handling, storage mechanization, automation, new modern warehouse storage management. It has small area and large stocks. The advantages of quick turnover are information collection, storage, management with the integration of high-technology-intensive products.
In this paper, first of all, in understanding three-dimensional warehouse automation, warehouse control systems such as three-dimensional classification, three-dimensional warehouse entity structures, information control, material control, tiered monitoring system, etc., and each system has a role to play on.
Second, this paper had a research of the warehouse for cargo storage system chosen algorithm, taking into account the location of the goods and cargo management’s impact, made a series of optimization algorithms to ensure their goods visit process will enable the rapid process of the visit, accurate, and raise their own three-dimensional warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
The wisdom control system of the three-dimensional warehouse has a computer simulation, through VC++ Procedures for the preparation and completion of the simulation interface and menu control interface design work, and achieved a variety of goods under independent control and management purposes, and the results analyzed and presented problems for future work envisaged.
