钻石星所有权声明

    2004年，美国哈佛大学史密松天文物理中心天文学家 Travis Metcalfe 等发现位于银河系半人马座的白矮星BPM 37093为碳结晶星，即钻石星，其质量与太阳相当，重达100亿万亿万亿克拉。直径与月球相当，约四千公里。距离地球约 50 光年。
     2005年，美国普林斯顿大学的天文学家Marc Kuchner等发现位于银河系室女座环绕脉冲星PSR1257+12的四颗行星A、B、C、D已形成钻石层，钻石层厚达几公里，距太阳约1000光年。太阳系的行星上没有钻石层。
     我们的太阳将在50亿年后结束生命，并成为一颗白矮星。大约在20亿年后，太阳的内核将燃尽形成另一颗巨大的钻石。
     联合国无任何针对太阳系以外天体活动的国际条约，为避免未来可能出现的权利冲突，特声明如下：白矮星BPM37093、脉冲星PSR1257+12及其四颗行星归我所有，特别是星体中的钻石矿藏以及其他一切自然资源均归我所有，进出这些星体的轨道和环绕这些星体的轨道亦归我所有。银河系其他星体上未被发现且无主的钻石、黄金矿藏，我在此一并主张所有权。
     我将制定旨在可永续开采的《钻石星开采基本规则》，造福宇宙全人类。人人都有机会享受拥有“巨大钻石”的梦想，并使梦想成真！任何国家、组织、实体、个人未经许可均不得擅自开采。
     地球终将毁灭，人类必将移民其他星球。成功源于梦想，“人类梦想基金”将为鼓励为人类未来创造梦想的人并奖励那些为宇宙探索做出卓越贡献的科学家而设立。
我在此之前发表的有关月球的所有权声明特别是对月球上氦-3资源的所有权主张依然有效。人类在十年内将登陆月球开采气体用于发电。

Declaration of ownership of diamond star

In 2004, a group led by Travis Metcalfe from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics discovers the universe's largest known diamond, white dwarf star BPM 37093 in the constellation Centaurus, The diamond star is 50 light-years from Earth. It has a diameter of 2,500miles(4,000km) and weighs 5-million-trillion-trillion pounds, or 10-billion-trillion-trillion carats.
In 2005, Marc Kuchner at Princeton University announces the four planets(A、B、C、D) about a thousand light years from the sun orbiting the pulsar PSR 1257+12 in the constellation Virgo have internal layers of diamond many kilometers thick. There is no diamond layer in every planet orbiting Sun. Our Sun will become a white dwarf when it dies 5 billion years from now. Some two billion years after that, the Sun's ember core will crystallize as well, leaving a giant diamond in the center of our solar system.
There is no international treaty beyond our solar system, in order to prevent possible rights conflict in future . I declare as below: the white dwarf star BPM 37093、the pulsar PSR 1257+12 and Its four planets (A、B、C、D) belongs to me , especially diamond and all other natural resources in these celestial bodies belong to me , The orbits into and out these celestial bodies also belong to me, all existing diamond and gold resources as waif within the milk way galaxy belong to me too, there is no exception.
In order to make all mankind wealthy, I will make The Basic Law for mining constantly. Every person has opportunity to own bigger diamond than you ever imagined, and make the dream come truth. Any country、organization、entity、natural person has no right to mine without my permission .
The Earth will be ruined finally, Mankind have to immigrant to other celestial bodies. Success comes from dream,“Mankind Dream Fund” will be set up to encourage young people to create dreams for the future; another goal is to reward scientists who have made great contribution to universe exploration.
I made declaration of ownership about Moon especially he-3 resource last year, Mankind will develop it for electricity in ten years .
