Today I make a important decision--Resignation

     After 3 months’ work, I decide to leave CSL, in other words, I decide to jump out of the freight forwarder fire hole. There must be some reasons for me to make this kind of choose. As a graduating trainee, just 3 months experience is impossible to match GAM/APS’s standard operation manual’s request.

      By the way, i must explan what is GAM and AP.First, AP is a big logistics/freight forwarder company in UK, then it also is CSFE's biggist Agent all over the world.it is general speaking that CSFE concede to AP in order to be AP's solo partner in CHINA.Second, GAM, which full name is grobal account management,is a department service only for AP.

      Why i said it's defficulty for me above.because our HK CSFE give AP too much convenience. the more convenience AP have, the worse we are. we have to do much thing according to the SOP. Unfortunately, There are 13 main custmoers of AP, every one have a book of SOP, every book has 30-40 pages written by english, every custmer have their own charge type, every one need us to help them to collect documents and send aboard to clear the custom, every thing we do must comply strict time limit, every process we delay would pay punished fine.

      One day, I thought the freight forwarder just like black beetle, what couldn't die out. Because One die now, one stand then. "If you wanna die quickly, join in freight forwarder soon", what a profound jargon. Recently I recall the logistics knowledge what i studyed in campus, there are too many ways to rescue the ocean logistics embarrassment of china ports, specialy xiamen. Although xiamen port is 7th in china port ranking , but it is a wider gap than shanghai port and other famous port. For example the data information is transfering too many times ,each time the data may bring some mistake. Then Ocean shipment operation process refer too many tache. Is it really, let me tell you a story, the sha hq requires our xmn office every op must finish 40 cargo shipment per week, doc do 60 per week. Our xmn colleague were so suppries when we heard this notice. What’s more, what make us more surprised was that the sha hq 's op do 300 cargo shipment per week. If every op is same in work capable in any office, so what is different, it just speak for itself.

    Whoo, telling too much complaint. May be some frends will tell me “are you crazy?”” why you give up what a good job””it is too difficult to find a new job for a flash gradute student”. However, my answer is I’m not adapt of FF, the work isn’t my love. So, what’s my next plan? Maybe taking some exam, or go ahead to find some job.
