What did the word of Cinderella mean? It’s totally not related to the fairy tale. The Cinderella represents a hard-working person who gets a favor from god. James Braddock was one
Watching the film with wholly bloody scenes and full of violence, I didn’t want to say any more about what a legend Jim had ever done and what a vivid performance Russell acted in the film. Only did I want to say an immortal spirit of which a Irish man was. There was no such one thing could take it away from Jim. A broken hand could not; the thirsty and illness could not; even the hardest days in the Big Depression could not either. Where did the immortal spirit come from? I thought it came from the pride of man whenever he was a farther or a husband. Why did he obtain so much fame from people? Not only was the reason he was an excellent boxer, but also did he dress the spirit when a real man faced the difficulties, especially in the Big Depression. He passed the wishes to everybody in depression.
The film is a dream director weaved by dedicate and showed it to console people to make a living. I argued what the screenplay wanted to show was that how an American hero would do when the inevitable disaster happened or the consecutive unfortunate things surrounded, and gave people the wishes--we could go through from bad time and eventually get better. The film, therefore, was a need supporting people to get alone with various depressions in real life.
