as a conclusion, aren’t  u afraid of getting the wrong advice

U mean I am afraid of the failure.

Failure is too strong word ,afraid of making mistakes

You learn from your mistakes ,you know.

In another word , nothing venture nothing gain

Right it is important to look at the big picture ,don’t sweat the small stuff

So you encourage risk  taking

We thrive on risks, that’s why we give the great results

Result -oriented <导向的>,,讲究实效

Manageable易处理的; 可做到的

Motto 左右铭

Chew嚼 bite off 咬下  

Don't bite off more than you can chew.

不要贪多嚼不烂。

Attainable可到达的,可得到的

Chunk 块/<某物)相当大的数量或部分

Make the goal attainable

Long range plan 长远规划

工作量workload

Would u say your result oriented the company

Yes, definitely .but we don’t bite off  more than we can chew

You like to keep your workload manageable

Yes ,and goal  attainable

The smaller project  ,the sooner  you will see results < the bigger, the better.>

We like to break down large  projects into  workable chunks

What about long range plans<长远计划>

We have them. of course ,but our motto is  start slow and work small

Reinvent the  wheel 做重复的劳动,一层不变的动作

Innovator 革新者innovative 创新的

Approach方法

Is there  much carried over from one project to another

Unfortunately no. what  works for one company wont work from   another

So are u continently  reinventing  the wheel  

Not at all . each company has different problems to resolve,.

Which required a different approach

Different approach and different solution

As a innovator  You must be like to challenge

Everyone likes to be challenged. We all like to be innovator.
