19  LIMESTONE AND COAL YARDS 石灰石和煤料场

19.1 CLEARING AND GRUBBING 清理和挖除

The natural terrain clearing and grubbing must be performed according to the specified in numeral 4.1 CLEARING AND GRUBBING.

场地自然地表的清理和挖除必须根第4.1节“清理和挖除”的规定进行

19.2 ORGANIC MATERIAL REMOVAL 有机物移除

The cut or subtraction and removal of the vegetation layer must correspond to the thickness of the entire organic material layer indicated in the project soil studies and the specifications indicated in numeral 4.2 CLEARING. 

植被层的砍除或减除以及移除,必须符合项目土壤研究注明的有机物层的整体厚度,以及第4.2节“清除”中注明的规范。

19.3 ORGANIC MATERIAL STORAGE 有机物存放

The organic soil must be stored outside the yard in the selected sites, to be used in the stabilization of area, slope protection, or other required activities

有机土壤必须存放于选定位置的场地,以用于场区稳定、边坡防护、或其他要求的活动。

19.4 STABILIZATION AND GRADING 稳定和平整

The coal and limestone storage yards will be stabilized with borrow excavation or borrow pit materials with sub-base characteristics and shall be graded leaving slopes towards the planed drainage structures according to the design.  

煤料和石灰石存放场地将使用底基层特性的借土开挖或借土坑材料进行稳定,并应根据设计,往计划的排水结构体平整流失的边坡。

The storage yard drainage shall have two independent networks, a perimetral to drain the coal storage yards retaining solids and preventing the entrance of runoff waters to the storage yards. 

存放场地排水应有两个独立的网络,作为外圈用于存煤场地的排水,挡护固体并防止地表水流入存煤场。

The second internal drainage system shall manage the storm water runoff dividing the internal storage areas which shall collect and conduct the waters to sedimentation areas where solids are separated, and the water is stored in neutralization tanks.

From these tanks the water shall be directed to storage structures to be reused later in the coal and limestone yards.

19.5 TERRAIN IMPERMEABILIZATION 地域防渗处理

The coal and limestone storage yard must have a bottom impermeabilization system. This system may be constituted by a clay layer, a geomembrane layer, or other impervious material. 

煤料和石灰石存放场必须有底部防渗系统。该系统可由粘土层、地质处理用膜层、或其他防渗材料组成。

19.5.1 Clay layers 粘土层

This layer must be at least 0.3 m thick and must be constructed of natural soil materials, although the layer may contain process materials such as bentonite or synthetic materials

19.5.2 Permeability and Compaction Requirements 渗透性和密实度要求

The soil must be compacted with a humidity content 2% to 3% over the optimal value and a high level of compaction energy to achieve a homogenous mass with a hydraulic conductivity less than or equal to 1x10-7 cm/s

土壤必须以最优2%至3%以上的含湿量和高压实能量进行压实,成为渗透系数小于或等于1x10-7cm/秒的均质体。

19.5.3 Materials  材料

The following are the minimum requirements to obtain the required hydraulic conductivity:

● % fine ³ 20% - 30%

plasticity   Index ³ 20%

●塑性指数 ³ 20%

● Percentage of heavy soils ≤ 30%

● Maximum particle size = 25 mm to 50 mm

If the required soil layer permeability is not obtain, additives such as bentonite, kaolinite, etc., may be used. Materials with high plasticity indexes (Ip > 30-40%), are not recommended as additives given the difficulties these resources present during field work.

若无法达到规定的土层渗透性,可使用添加物,如膨润土、高岭石等。鉴于高塑性指数(Ip > 30-40%)材料在现场工作中带来的不便,不推荐使用此类资源作为添加物。

19.6 ROOFED AREA  屋面区

The coal and limestone yards shall have a roofed covered area corresponding to the hopper zone and a portion of the materials pile to be transported by conveyor belts to the pulverizer. 

煤料和石灰石场应有一个屋面遮盖区,用以遮盖漏斗区以及通过传送带输送至粉碎机的材料堆。

The area’s roof shall be of the type required by the installation site conditions and shall be supported by a metallic structure; the design shall allow the free operation of heavy vehicles.

这个区域的屋顶的类型应符合安装地点条件的要求,使用金属结构支撑;设计时应考虑到可让重型车辆在屋顶下作业。

The CONTRACTOR shall furnish with the coal and limestone yards designs and plans, the corresponding operation manuals for the proper management of these yards.

承包商应依照煤料和石灰石场的设计和计划、以及相应的场地正确管理操作手册来进行场地布置。

20 CIVIL WORKS FOR ELECTRIC NSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL INSTALLATION 配合电气仪表和控制安装土建工作

20.1 RAILS, CABLE TRAYS, DUCTS, INSPECTION BOXES  轨道,电缆桥架,管线和检查盒

20.1.1 Scope 范围

This chapter covers the specifications for the supply and construction of canals, banks of ducts for electrical cables, cable trays and electrical inspection boxes necessary for the suitable installation of electrical cables.

本章包含:适用于电气管线安装的电缆管线、电缆桥架和电气检查盒的管沟和管道组的供应和建造规范。

20.1.2 Electrical Cable Trays 电缆桥架

This work talks about to the construction of canals for installation of power and control cables according to details shown in the approved plans and the instructions given by  GECELCA.

此项工作关于用于电力和控制电缆安装的沟渠的建造,其建造依据核准图所示细节以及GECELCA所给指示。

The necessary excavations and fillings will be performed according to stipulated in the Chapter the 4 EARTHWORKS of these specifications.

Concrete for the canals and the covers it must fulfill stipulated in the Chapter the 5 STRUCTURES OF CONCRETE of these specifications.

所需的开挖和填方依照规范中第4章“土方工程”的规定实施。沟渠所用的混凝土以及混凝土必须制成的盖板规定于规范中第5章“混凝土结构体”。

The slab of base, lateral walls and the covers of the canals will be in concrete Class E (17.5 MPa) and in agreement with the details indicated in the plans approved by GECELCA.

地基板、侧墙板和沟渠盖使用E级混凝土(17.5兆帕)建造,并与GECELCA的核准图所注明的细节一致。

The covers of the canals of concrete will be able to be prefabricated in agreement with the details indicated in the plans and previous approval on the part of GECELCA.

The steel of reinforcement for the canals and the covers will be provided and installed in agreement with the indicated thing in Chapter 6. STEEL OF REINFORCEMENT of these specifications.

The metallic covers of the inner canals will be alfajor type and must have a minimum thickness of 3/16”; be manufactured in accordance with the dimensions and details shown in agreement with in the approved plans and the instructions of GECELCA.

内部沟渠使用alfajor型金属盖,其最小厚度必须为3/16”;金属盖必须依照与GECELCA核准图和指示相符的尺寸和细节进行制造。

The canals will connect closest to the site of the system of drainage with pipes PVC of water-drainage sanitary type, with the details shown in the approved plans and the instructions of GECELCA.

沟渠通过排水卫生型PVC管与排水系统地点实现最近连接,依照GECELCA的核准图和指示所示细节建造。

The CONTRACTOR shall also to supply and to mount all the systems of trays, cable suspenders, stairs and other elements for the installation of cables.

承包商也应提供并装载全部桥架系统、电缆吊杆、楼梯、以及电缆安装的其他元件。
