如果你想走出常规,放松心情,以积极的心态开始新的一天,那就很有必要以自问的方式问自己十个同样的问题,这些问题会给我们带来力量和心情。

一:我拥有什么?

通常我们会为自己没有的东西而苦恼,却看不到自己拥有的,比如:健康 可以听 可以看看以爱与被爱,每天都有食物供我们享用等。正如我们口口相传的话”失去了才知道珍贵“。让我们走出哀怨,这样就可以看到什么是我们拥有的。

二:我应该为什么感到自豪?

为你已经取得的成绩而自豪,成绩不分大小,每一次成功都意味着向前迈出了一步。你可以为你刚刚胜出的一个挑战感到骄傲,可以为你帮助了一个陌生人而感到幸福,可以为帮助了一个朋友露出微笑,也可以为你结识了一个新朋友或读了一本新书而感到高兴。总之,一切都值得你自豪。

三:我应该对什么心存感激?

每天都有很多事情让我们为之心寸感激,同时也有很多人值得我们感谢,因为他们无形中教会了我们一些事情,生活的每一天对于我们来说都是一份珍贵的礼物。

热爱生活,凡事感激;

四:我怎样才能充满活力?

五:我能解决什么问题?

六:我能抛下过去的包袱么?

人往往都是别人的建议者,却不是自己的,很多时候,根本问题就是我们看待问题的方式,很多人都经历过为一件事情而苦恼不堪,过后又觉得可笑的时候,悲和喜只是我们看待问题的角度不同而以。

八:我怎样过好今天?

作一些与往常不一样的事情,如果我们走出常规,学会享受生活,那么生活就是丰富多彩的,我们要敢于创新。

九:我要拥抱谁?

拥抱我们的精神食粮,要想健康,每天要至少拥抱八次,身体接触是人最为基本的要求,它甚至可以帮我们开发大脑。
