湖南片區加強工作執行力度 落實集團經營轉型戰略

      2008年9月8日湖南地方美寶團隊爲貫徹落實美寶醫藥集團9月2日會議精神,利用一天時間進行學習座談。參會人員有:美寶醫藥集團總裁楊智斌、湖南地方美寶總裁汪波、美寶全體經營人員及臨床醫療部金黨軍主任。會議共分三部分;

一、首先由汪總傳達醫藥集團9月2日電話會議精神,綜合分析湖南市場潛力和兩個終端新産品市場開發情況,與其他省份相比有哪些不足,怎樣做好優勢互補。並強調加強以下工作:
1、集團轉型工作會議一個月後目前燒傷市場比較穩定,要繼續做好穩固市場價格;
2、各片區要抓緊燒傷膏的發貨,做到發貨及時,彙款及時;
3、醫療終端開發按照08年沙盤計劃已基本完成,下一步工作主要是開發基層醫院重點是跟進維護;
4、速愈貼已通過省衛生廳批准,進入各醫院電腦收費程序以後産品可以正常進院,醫療保險正在辦理中;
5、每周要彙報一次工作,每月要寫出工作總結,找出經驗教訓。最後結合各片區經理根據片區實際情況逐個發言,汪總一一進行點評。

二、醫療部金黨軍主任結合集團經營轉型工作會議精神和速愈貼在多學科臨床應用,結合臨床進行不同科室溝通技巧培訓。並做好以下工作:
1、鞏固燒傷市場,開發好兩個終端;
2、每個區域經理要在所轄區內開發出1—2個亮點縣使速愈貼盡快占領創傷潰瘍市場;
3、鞏固已成型醫療市場,加大基地醫院維護力度;
4、11月底實現落實沙盤計劃雙無盲區。

三、美寶醫藥集團楊智斌總裁組織召開了湖南美寶全體經營經營人員工作會議,首先對湖南地方美寶團隊今年上半年的工作給與了肯定,根據湖南下一步工作情況作重要指示:
1、詳細聽取了每人的工作彙報與今後的工作計劃和思路肯定了大家的工作成績;
2、提出當前存在的不足,指出大家要在保證完成濕潤燒傷膏經營基礎上充分落實集團工作轉型;
3、要求:將速愈貼經營好,不辜負集團對湖南片區的期望。並對經營人員提出的常見政策性問題給于解答;
4、會後楊總走訪了戰略聯盟客戶,向各客戶征求了合作過程中的意見和建議,重點宣講了美寶集團在湖南經營中的要求以及今後加強合作的思路,並仔細察看了公司流向,對湖南聯盟客戶以終端銷售爲主分銷爲輔的做法表示贊賞
