记忆不是客观的，其实是主观的  只要你想记住就能记住

记忆要：重复，重复，再重复

兴趣是记忆的唯一动力，兴趣同金钱等同， 一个单词相当100元,想象激发潜能

1.制定一个时间，目标明确的记单词的计划

高中生以上，每天50个是合理的 保持记忆率不低天于60%，

目标：跳竿原理----一个明确的目标

2. 背单词的时间一定要在1-3个小时，绝对不能超过3个小时，否则就是无用功，

3. 早上起床后两小时之内是记忆的最高峰，晚上睡前1小时是回忆的高峰

4. 最佳背单词的姿势：站着，来回走动着记忆。
