感谢MOCCA以小飞侠的速度，让我在24小时内，第一时间收到了这本还带着油墨芳香的《<strong>YOYO私房菜</STRONG>》。</P>

今天就是大暑了，热烈的天气正式开始了，这时候喝些萝卜汤，有很好的降暑消渴的作用。其实萝卜也是很好的入汤食材，萝卜具有<strong>消食化滞、排除胀气、解毒消热、通便止血</STRONG>的功效。<strong>萝卜含有大量的维生素C、胡萝卜素和粗纤维</STRONG>，用来煲汤可以起到<strong>降血脂、稳定血压</STRONG>、防治胆结石的作用。在挑选萝卜时，应挑选个体大小均匀、无损伤的鲜萝卜，萝卜皮越细嫩光滑，做汤的口感也越好。</P>

<p>1、原料：白萝卜500克、排骨500g、枸杞15克、盐5克、姜片10克、胡椒粉2克、清水适量；</P>

做了两种槐花棍子面包，如果那种苋菜面的深粉色的算是妖娆，这样白白的只能是一点点而已。</P>

很喜欢槐花的味道，白色的很早就凋谢了，粉色的刚刚开放。有一种说法是粉色的有毒，其实白色的也有毒性，只是这些毒性都可以转换调用，变成对人体有益的一面，就看如何利用食物的性质了，就像牛黄，没事的时候最好不要碰。</P>
<p>&nbsp;</P>

昨天看了徐克的《深海寻人》，跟他一贯的风格不太一样。一直喜欢他漫画一样的表现手法《英雄本色》《风云雄霸天下》《蜀山》...，而这个多少有一点失望，因为爱屋及乌，一直耐心的看到结尾。</P>
<p>&nbsp;</P>
<p>
唯一觉得不错的，是里面那首歌，还真的很好听。那些翻涌不息、平静而妖娆的海水，让人甍地想起了吕克贝松的碧海蓝天，热爱大海的贾克，终于皈依自然的宿命。<br/>

1、高粉３００ｇ、老面团７０ｇ（上一次预留的发好的面团)、盐３ｇ、牛奶１００ｇ、水１００ｇ、酵母粉４ｇ、无盐黄油３０ｇ揉成光滑可拉出薄膜的面团。基本发酵到2倍大；分割成两块，按扁排气滚圆放置15分钟；&nbsp;</P>

这个<strong>芝士纺锤面包</STRONG>的面团发酵起来很象云朵，掂在手里，轻飘飘左右摇动，不小心就会摔个跟斗。</P>
<p>&nbsp;</P>
<p>
一段时间来，做了很多种面包，越做越感觉象巫婆，搅动魔棒等着它发酵，施加魔法变幻万千。</P>
<p>&nbsp;</P>
<p>
尽管最常吃的还是软绵绵的大土司，偶尔换成这种稍有咬劲的手工面包，感觉还是很清新。</P>
<p>&nbsp;</P>
<p>
变化带来改变，改变带来惊喜，惊喜就象簌簌作响的野花，一脚踹开七月的大门，欢天喜地：）。<br/>

<p>
1、原料：高粉400克、车打芝士100克、盐3克、白糖20克、酵母粉5克，黄油20克，牛奶280克。所有材料混合均匀，揉成光滑可拉出薄膜的面团。基本发酵到2倍大；</P>

憋着劲赶鸭子似的做完了安安留的“桂花作业”，昨天交了差，一身轻松。</P>

按理这个季节是没有草莓了，早晨居然看到有人挽着大筐，叫卖着夏天最后的草莓，还犹豫什么，赶紧留住这红色的尾巴，再遇到红润多汁的草莓，就要是冬天或明年了。</P>
<p>&nbsp;</P>
<p>
做好了卷饼，撒上糖桂花的瞬间，突然就想到了，我跟安安都喜欢的《哈尔的移动城堡》里，苏菲熠熠闪烁的温柔的眼神，只是动画片里，苏菲常常是仰视没有了星星点缀的让人沉沦的黑夜时，才有那样的眼神儿，而这个桂花散落的卷饼，却是温和的阳光的版本：）。</P>

<p>
喜欢宫崎骏的《千与千寻》，也喜欢《哈尔的移动城堡》里有着银色头发、亲切笑脸、温和话语的苏菲。没了心的哈尔在黑暗中越陷越深，是她用善良照亮了哈尔的黑夜。苏菲穿过“过去的门”，亲吻了哈尔疲惫的脸，对他说：“原来你一直在等我”，那个灰蒙蒙死气沉沉的魔咒也就没了意义。</P>

<p>
喜欢草莓的颜色，热情奔放，充满想象。红色也是哈尔那颗赤子之心的颜色，当他把心灵中最神圣的秘密花园，向苏菲敞开时，苏菲穿越的就是红色大门，进入满是花和草的美丽圣境。所以被感动，也是幸福的。</P>

上周在北京见到了可爱的燕子、善良的昕、以及ABOUT很多温和又顽皮好玩的编辑，哈哈，开心的周末。</P>

在会场，还遇到久闻大名、未见其人的潇潇、树的语言、大菜、菁制美食，因为有共同的吃好，所以很谈得来，一个感觉，真人都比平板儿的照片俊得多，只有俺，因为药物的作用，发成了包子，哎~</P>

相聚的时光总是嗖的就飞过，那些热情而单纯的笑脸，总在眼前浮现，快乐，原来就在我们身后经过的道路上。</P>
