  For example . Chinese communication style and American communication style . Majority of Chinese like bottom up style .which waste too much of times and energy . during the work . make low efficiency. But increase the feelings of cooperation .The American like top down style. which reduce the feelings of cooperation but high efficiency. It is difficult to judge which is better than which.

  美国的大学是分等级的。名牌大学不仅学费较高，而且学生质量也比较好。名牌大学学生的特点就是特别有志而勤奋。米校也是名牌大学，在这个学校当尖子很难，在哈佛大学就更难。美国的一般普及类大学的情况则有所不同。但有一点应该看到，美国是私有社会，它不会白白养人的。人们靠竞争生存，靠自己的能力生存。所以美国的孩子从小就培养起了什么事都靠自己的习惯，读大学也是靠自己打工、贷款，很自立，他们从不依赖父母活一辈子.
  还有一点，就是美国大学对教师水平或业绩的评估，非常重视学生的反馈意见。每逢期末，学生们都要为给自己授课的教师打分，如果大多数学生对教师不满意，就会直接导致教师下岗。所以，在美国大学任教是很有危机感的，如何既要讲好课，又要严格要求学生并使学生满意，这的确是门学问

　　委托人的资格在法律上有一定的限制，无行为能力的未成年人或禁治产人，不能成为委托人。 在信托关系中，委托人移转信托财产于受托人，即失去对此种财产处置权.但他对受托人享有下列权利，如：要求受托人按照订立的契约提供管理或处理信托财产劳务的权利；改变信托管理方式的权利；要求受托人补偿信托财产损失的权利，要求受托人对信托财产处理报告的权利；要求依法对受托人辞任的承诺与解任的权利；以及当信托终止，而无信托行为规定的财产归属者时，取得信托财产的权利等。委托人在法律与制度上明确享有上述权利.是维护正当信托关系的需要。

　　信托,顾名思义是彼此之间的信任委托。用法律术语来说，信托是委托人基于对受托人的信任,将其财产权委托给受托人,由受托人按委托人的意愿以自己的名义,为受益人的利益或特定目的,进行管理或处分的行为。它是一种以资财为核心，信任为基础，委托为方式的财产管理制度，涉及委托人、受托人、受益人三方之间的关系。

　　如张三有一笔钱财，自己无暇经营。但为了资助其子女上学，他便可把钱财委托给信托公司管理。在信托期间内，其子女便可从受托人——信托公司那里得到收益作为上学的费用。在这个信托关系中，张三是委托人，信托公司是受托人，其子女是受益人。
　　信托大体上可分为两大类，贸易信托和金融信托。贸易信托是指委托人将旧货或存货委托信托商行或寄卖商行代为出售或处理的经济行为。这是一种纯零售商业性质的信托。金融信托是指拥有资金或财产的单位和个人，为了更好地运用和管理其资金或财产，获得较好的经济效益，委托信托机构代为运用、管理和处分的经济行为。金融信托是一种具有融通资金、融资与融物以及融资与财产管理相结合的金融性质的信托业务，是金融业的一个重要组成部分。一般所说信托指的是金融信托。
