            <title>尊重学生</title>

            <description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; <font STYLE="FONT-SIZE: 20px">尊重学生就是尊重学生的人格和自尊心。我们知道，教师与学生在道德人格上是平等的，以平等、诚挚、友善的态度对待学生，是每一个老师恪守的师德信条之一。苏霍姆林斯基说过：“人类有许多高尚的品格，但有一高尚的品格是人性的顶峰，这就是人的自尊心。”师生交往中，应注意尊重、爱护和培养学生要求上进的自尊心。“其身正，不令则行；其身不正，虽令不从”。老师一定要溶入学生的生活，时而把自己当老师，时儿把自己当学生，得到学生的信任，走到孩子们的内心世界，去感受无尽的快乐和幸福。要和学生建立平等的师生关系，自己犯错误也能勇敢的承认。记得由于新学期换教室，班级只有我一套钥匙，开学第一天，我便让学生吃了闭门羹，当我急匆匆的来到教室的时候，已经有将近一半的同学在门口等着了，我有些歉疚，犹豫了好几分钟，我在晨会时间在全班同学面前道歉，同学们对我的行为都非常惊讶，尴尬了几秒钟之后，从同学的表情中，我读到了大家对我的谅解，我想收获不仅于此吧。还有一次，我评讲完试卷，一个男孩子拿着试卷来找我改成绩，我以为是来要分的，便严厉地批评了他几句，他哭了。原来是我多给了他一分，当我知道是错怪了他时，赶紧向他道歉说：“对不起，我没问清情况就错怪你，我向你道歉。”他擦着眼泪说：“没关系，你把分数改了吧。”我说：“这分数不改了，就算是对你诚实的奖励吧。”我们都笑了。</FONT></P>]]></description>

            <title>家庭教育</title>

<font STYLE="FONT-SIZE: 20px">在素质教育中，家庭教育是必不可少的教育力量，家庭教育的成败，关系到少年儿童的健康成长。良好的家庭教育，温馨的家庭环境，和谐的亲子关系，有助于孩子的身心发展，反之，会对孩子产生不良影响，因此，教师要发挥“桥梁和纽带”的作用，促进家长与孩子的情感沟通，使每一个孩子能愉快地成长。去年，我刚接这个班时就发现王耀与众不同，上课时总是随便接嘴，老师或同学刚说了上半句话，他的“下半句”话就接上了了，常常引得全班的哄堂大笑，严重影响课堂纪律。任课教师也纷纷向我反映，说王耀上课极不认真，不是走神、开小差；就是哗众取宠。经过了解，知道了他还常常欺负同学，甚至不经过同学允许随便拿别人的东西……掌握了这些情况后，我冷静地分析了这孩子的情况。我也了解到了他的父母文化程度不高，父亲的教育方法简单粗暴，母亲又过于溺爱、放任自流，每当母亲不能满足他的愿望时，他就拿出杀手锏----跳楼，母亲就妥协了，所以养成不少的坏习惯。我还及时进行了家访，和他的父母交换了意见，希望父母教育孩子的观点要达成一致，注意教育的方法。我还利用课余时间经常找他谈心，及时指出他的问题，同时对他取得的哪怕一点小小的进步进行表扬，鼓励，逐步培养他良好的自信心。在充分肯定他成绩的同时，又给他指出了许多不足，并向他提出希望。后来，王耀发生很大的转变，学习的积极性明显提高，上课常常发言，声音响亮，有了自信。</FONT></P>]]></description>

佛家讲修养，禅宗流行顿悟。据说，曾经有位一指禅师，为人说法，总不语，仅以一指示人而得高僧称号，有人因此而悟了，拜谢而去，有人糊涂，无奈而去。某日，外出，恰逢有参禅者拜访，小沙弥便学师傅模样伸一指而不语，其人顿悟，感恩而去，弟子喜，待师傅归以告，结果师傅以利刃断其一指，小沙弥竟也顿悟，因此而得道！</P>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
中国有句古话，叫旁观者清，当局者迷。有时是对的，旁观的人似乎更能客观地看待问题，教人解决之道。在这个故事中却恰恰是反的，真要涉及个人真正利益了，旁人的帮助是无力的，还要靠自己的行动和在事件中的作为方能收获。小沙弥看师傅讲禅永远只是一根手指，依葫芦画瓢的摆弄，能帮别人，帮不了自己。反是师傅的一刀，痛彻心肺，直达顶门，极致的痛苦也是极致的顿悟，他在自己的身心里找到了自我，就是一瞬间的灵感再现，抓住了上天堂，抓不住永远在炼狱里徘徊。</P>

本来世间万事沧桑，各有各的规律，多不能以对错衡量。许仙和白娘子，许仙自迷他的妖精，白蛇自恋她的情人，干法海何事?老和尚非要跳出来，自以为代表正义一番表演，最后雷峰塔终究是倒掉了，老和尚也落得钻进蟹壳里，不到螃蟹断子绝孙的那一天出不来。孰谓对错,不过是站在各自的立场上寻找自身立足的理由。</P>

多想少想早晚的想，早悟晚悟早晚要悟。人之所以为人，就在于会思考，能选择对自己最为有利的方式生存，因此鲁滨逊活过来了，哥伦布成了英雄。没有想不通的事，只有不敢想的事，我们在思考之前如果先给自己加上枷锁，那么像小沙弥看见师傅的手指，永远都是手指，如果痛过、恨过，自身经历了就如砍掉的手指，痛定思痛，了然顿悟！</P>]]></description>

“把握生命中的每一分钟，把握生命中的每一次感动”熟悉的歌词常常飘入脑中，有时让我泪眼朦胧。。。。。。</P>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;原来感动是这么的容易，只要有想法，似乎立刻就能实现，将我的眼睛湿润，随即涌来的是深沉的悲哀。感动太容易，想把握生命中的每一分钟却太难，甚至我们把握不住任何一分钟。早晨闹铃响起，是被逼着起床……仔细想来还真找不到多少思想和行为完全合拍的事情。哎，悲哀！</P>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
老鼠和大米的爱在风雨飘摇中传唱有好些年了吧，风靡了一阵，尘归尘，土归土，老鼠还是老鼠，大米还是大米，他们把握不了任何一分钟；</P>

后来狼爱上了羊陪伴相偕去远方，或许是知道现实中没有他们的位置吧，给世界留下一个背影，留下一段传奇，任世界中别的狼继续吃别的羊，他们把握不了任何一分钟；</P>

            <title>危急时刻时，你会怎么做？</title>

现在想起来，那场事件还是觉得惊心动魄。事情是这样的：</P>

2007年11月24日那天，我和小姨去春熙路购物。回来乘98路公车回家。车上挤满了人，空气十分浑浊，让人心里特别闷，但是大家仍然在车厢里欢声笑语。</P>
<p>
当汽车行驶到省美术馆时，车后一声气响，汽车停下来，车的周围冒起滚滚白烟，整个车子被白烟笼罩，白烟渐渐飘进车内，本就浑浊的空气再加上这呛人的白烟，让我们直喘气。</P>
<p>
这时，小姨叫道：“糟了，一定是出事了！快，快跑！”说着，她连忙站起身，拉着我向楼梯跑去。其它人见状，仿佛也明白出事了，大家一窝蜂往楼梯冲去。顿时，车厢内尖叫声响起，大家脸上写满了“怎么办”，是的，现在的车都加“气”，一但有气泄漏，汽车是要爆炸的！但是大家知道，在这紧急关头，得让老人先走！于是，一个年轻的叔叔扶着一个老爷爷，走下楼梯。这一幕，让我倍感交际，但救命要紧，我一边下楼一边喊道：“不要挤，慢慢下。”我这一喊，如蜂群一般的人群安静下来，人们井然有序，然而，白烟几乎布满了整个车厢，在这恐怖时刻，隐隐约约，人群里有一个穿白衣服的售票员在维持秩序。终于，车门打开，新鲜空气吹了进来，大家快步下车，远离了这个即将爆炸的汽车。</P>
<p>但后来，车子最终没有爆炸。</P>
<p>
大家一定不相信这件事是真的，不管你信不信，但请你想一下，在危急时刻，你会怎么做？你会像那位叔叔一样去扶那位老爷爷吗？你会像那位售票员或者我一样维持秩序吗？你会不顾一切的想要逃跑吗？你会去关心弱者吗？你会……</P>

还有些余震，今天凌晨五点，还有人说被震醒了！</DIV>

7：50我从家里出来，门口停车似乎减少了一些，对面的草坪上搭了很大一顶帐篷，像是野战部队的指挥所，应该是一家人吧。花花绿绿散扎的小帐篷就更多了，一直延伸到街沿上。更多的是将车停在路边，把席子铺到街沿上，盖上被子，倒头便睡，可谓潇洒至极！我看见两口子睁着惺忪的眼坐起来，不远处早有许多人在叠被子，一会儿这里又将恢复平静。</DIV>

路边还有些啤酒瓶子，应该是昨晚狂欢的人留下的。</DIV>

在教学中，我发现学生的质疑不再仅仅局限于文章字词的表面，比如这个字怎么读，这个词是何意等等，而是能够将文章的前前后后、段落与段落之间联系起来思考，提出了一些有价值的问题。例如，学生问：“运输员闪进防炮洞里时，全身尘土，裤子撕破了，脚脖子上也血迹斑斑。可是他拿出来的苹果为什么擦得干干净净？”我当即表扬她提得好，并出示操练，鼓励大家共同思考，解决疑问。值得一提的是，操练是备课时就设计的，而学生的这个疑问却是我始料未及的。但我觉得问题和操练之间有内在的联系，所以就自然地用上了，将教学延伸下去。</P>

2、在学生不易产生疑问处设疑，让学生各抒己见。</P>

课文最后一个自然段描写了让苹果和吃苹果之后战士们的心情。“防炮洞里格外沉静”，“我的喉咙被心中激起的强烈感情堵住了”，这时，防炮洞里的每个人心中都激起了强烈的感情，这种感情堵住了喉咙，大家都说不出话来。虽然大家都不说话，却是无声胜有声。“防炮洞里的每个人都流泪了”。这是“幸福的骄傲的泪花。”大家都为生活在互相关怀的集体中感到幸福，为有这样团结友爱的集体而感到骄傲。赞美战友间这种互相关怀的阶级友爱之情，正是作者写一个苹果的故事所要表达的中心思想。</P>

　3．课文按照事情发展的顺序先交代了在极其艰苦的条件下出现一个苹果，接着分别写两次让吃苹果，最后一段描写了传苹果和吃苹果之后战士们的心情。全文紧紧围绕“一个苹果”这条线索，具体而又生动地描写了战友们干渴难熬的情景以及战友们传递苹果的场面</P>
