The Lying Dragon of Wan City, William Wang by name, was born in Nanyang Town of HeNan Province. His majoris English, a translator of literature, especially of poetry. He's engaged in the translation of the works of both Chinese and Occidental literature; An assistant editor of the World Poets Quarterly, and the Best Selections of Internet Literary Works; Editor of Huaxi Literature, and Poetry Literature Magazine; Writer for Aisi English Website. He has translated Poems of Zhen Qi to Express Feelings for The Olympic Games, Anthology of Yi Ran's Lyric Poems, Anthology of Poems by contemporary Poets, and Homeland of the Moon. He was awarded in January, 2012, as The International Best Translators for 2011, by the International Poetry Translation Research Center (IPTRC) .
