崂山风景区简介：

简介：

崂山位于山东省青岛市区东部的黄海之滨，是国务院首批公布的国家重点风景名胜区。总面积446平方公里，由巨峰、登瀛、流清、太清、上清、仰口、棋盘石、北九水、华楼九个风景游览区和沙子口等五个风景恢复区及景区外缘陆海景点组成。主峰巨峰海拔1132.7米，为我国万里海岸线上的第一高峰，素有“海上名山第一”之说，更有“神窟仙宅”，“洞天福地”之美誉，是游览、观光、避暑、疗养胜地。

   崂山拔海而立，山海相连。山脉以巨峰为中心，向四下延伸，西部低平悠缓，东部峭拔雄伟，层峦叠嶂之间，奇洞怪石密布；深涧幽谷之中，飞瀑流泉清吟。海岸线蜿蜒，岛屿、岩礁、滩湾错列。著名的“崂山十二景”--巨峰旭照、太清水月、海峤仙墩、龙潭喷雨、明霞散绮、那罗延窟、云洞蟠松、岩瀑潮音、蔚竹鸣泉、九水明漪、华楼叠石，另人叹为观止。

   崂山气候温和，降水充沛，生长于宫观内外的汉柏、唐榆、宋朝银杏、明代山茶等古树更是闻名遐迩。

崂山历史悠久，素为道教文化名山，也是晋代高僧法显西天取经归来之登陆处，胶东正宗佛教之源头，倍受历代的文人雅士推崇，清代文学家蒲松龄《聊斋志异》中《崂山道士》、《香玉》篇令崂山家喻户晓。现正式对外开放的宫观寺庙有：太清宫、上清宫、明霞洞、太平宫、华严寺、蔚竹庵、华楼宫等。

北九水风景游览区：

北九水游览区位于崂山主峰的北部，白沙河中上游地带。这里以优美的自然景观为主，因地处巨峰北部，气温较低，适合低温带植物生长，所以又有“小关东”之称，植被种类丰富。北九水的相形石随处可见，且惟妙惟肖、栩栩如生，如同走进天然的雕塑公园。

   北九水是由来自千米山峰的崂山山泉汇流而成，人称“九水画廊”。在古朴自然的内九水依景就水构建了18个寓意深邃的水潭，即“九水十八潭”，这些水潭大小不一，深浅不等，风格各异、意境妙合，是“道法自然”的道家思想与山水灵秀的完美结合，展示了独特的文化内涵，构成了一道更加亮丽的游览风景线。

太清风景游览区：

   太清风景游览区位于崂山东南端。景区以著名殿宇太清宫命名。景区以“道教胜地”、“小江南植物区”和天然海石奇境为主要特 色。太清宫是崂山历史最悠久、规模最大的一处道教殿堂，据说始建于西汉建元元年(公元前140年)，迄今已有2100多年历史了。

   太清宫三面环山，一面临海，由于被远处巨峰和近处7峰环抱，阻挡住冬季北来的寒冷气流，因而形成了一个独特的近似亚热带小气候、小环境，因此既无严冬，又无酷暑，温和湿润，植物繁茂，品种繁多，所以有“小江南”之称。

巨峰风景游览区：

    巨峰，为崂山主峰，海拔1133米，是我国大陆18000公里漫长海岸线上距海最近最高的山。崂山因此被誉为“海上名山第一”。

    巨峰以其山海奇观、天象奇观、山林景观、奇峰荟萃、人文景观构成了雄伟壮美、离奇多变的天然之美。夏季可以领略“云海奇观”、“巨峰火球”的壮美气势，冬时能观赏到“银峰晶挂”的万千景象。在崂顶观海上日出，更是令人叹为观止。“巨峰旭照”被列入“崂山著名十二景”。

巨峰游览区是2003年底开发建设竣工并正式对外开放，被评为“青岛市十大精品建设工程”。整个景区建设，将“大道之源”、“众经之首”的《易经》思想与巨峰的神奇结合在一起，以物化的形式加以表现，展示其阴阳哲学的独特魅力，贯通天、地、人“三才合一”的整体思维，使人们在游览中领略中华民族的优秀传统文化。

华楼风景游览区：

   位于崂山西北部，以奇峰名石、自然山林景观和道教名胜著称，华楼宫坐落于海拔350米的华楼山上。华楼山因山巅的“华楼石”而得名。

从元代以来，华楼山就成为来崂山的达官文士必到之处，现在华楼景区是崂山的题词刻石保存数量最多的地方。明代山东巡抚赵贤所题“海上名山第一”就镌于此景区。

棋盘石风景游览区：

棋盘石风景游览区 位于崂山风景区的东部，南接太清、上清风景游览地区，北靠仰口风景游览区，西通巨峰风景游览区，东临大海。景区中主要有自然景观棋盘石，天然洞窟那罗延窟，还有崂山现存海拔位置最高的道教庙宇——明道观和近代寺院——华严寺。该游览区是以位于巨峰东北方的奇峰——海拔637米的棋盘石命名的。

  游览区有华藏世界山门、法显雕塑、砥柱石、于七雕像、华严寺、那罗延窟、望海门等10个著名景点。

仰口风景游览区：

    仰口风景游览区位于崂山风景区的东北部，背依奇峰仙山，面朝碧波荡漾的黄海，风光特色以仙山寺院、海湾沙滩为主。

仰口游览区群峰峭拔，争奇斗异，翠竹青松里掩映着“海上宫殿”太平宫，悬崖峭壁下隐藏着奇洞怪石。仰口海滩宽阔平展，沙质优良，海水澄碧，是理想的海水浴场。

这里还是观日出的好地方，在狮子峰巅可欣赏动人的奇观“狮峰宾日”，在峰下则可仰观迷人的胜景“狮岭横云”。游客可乘坐仰口索道，观天下第一“寿”字之雄伟，览海天一色之寥廓。

流清风景游览区：

  地处崂山南部，景区内峰岭高耸，涧谷幽长，气候温暖，成片的黑松林浓密葱郁，海岸线岬角、岸礁、海滩交错分布，有天门峰、青蛙石、鲍鱼岛、流清河沙滩等景点，沿海游览别有一番情趣。

Brief Introduction of laoshan Scenic Spot

Mount Laoshan, standing erect along the seashore of the yellow Sea in the eastern part of Qingdao city. Shandong Province is one of the national key scenic spots initially announced by the State Council .It covers a total area of 446 square kilometers.  Laoshan’s  scenic area consists of nine landscape &sightseeing zones including Jufeng, Dengying, Liuqing, Taiqing, Shangqing, Yangkou, Chessboard Stone, Beijiushui, Hualou and five landscape restoring zones along with land and sea view spots outside those zones. Jufeng, the main peak of the Mount laoshan ranges and the NO.1 Peak along China’s endless coastline , has an altitude of 1,132.7m.It is therefore no wonder that Jufeng gained a reputation of the “No.1.Offshore Famous Mountain”, even more the good fames of “ Immortals’ Fairyland ”and the “Grotto-to –sky and promised land”. It is also well known as a great resort for sight-seeing, tourism, summer fun and recuperation.

Mount Laoshan, stands towering like a giant and, surrounded by the sea. Numerous ranges, with Jufeng as the center, stretch out in all directions, low and plain in the west, and abrupt and sublime in the east among the peaks rising one higher than another, there are densely covered fantastic and marvelous caverns and stones, in the arms of ravines and dingles, rushing waterfalls and natural flows are singing. You may also encounter winding coastline and staggered islets, rocks, beaches and bays.  

The famous Top-12 Landscapes of Mount Laoshan-Jufeng Sunrise, Taiqing’s Moon in water,The Eight immortals ’stone pier , The Dragon’s pool & splash of rain, Rosy clouds from Mingxia Cavern), The Cavern in Mount Narayan, The Cavern &pine Covered with clouds , waterfall with sound of tide, spring with sound, the waterfall along the cliff& the song of the tide, the luxuriant Bamboo & Whispering Spring , Jiushui’s Bright Ripples and cloud and mist crossing mount Lion and Stones laying in Hualou, have been acclaimed as the peak of perfection.

The local climate is moderate with sufficient precipitation for the growth of many plants. Ancient trees are still growing inside or outside the palaces and temples. For instance there is the cypress of the Han Dynasty, the elm of the Tang Dynasty, the maidenhair tree of the Song Dynasty, and the camellia tree of the Ming Dynasty and so on. These also have won much praise and fame for Laoshan.

Mount Laoshan’s origin dates a long way back in history. It is recognized as the famous mountain of Taoist culture. Besides, it was the landing point of Faxian, a dignitary from the Jin Dynasty, where he returned from a pilgrimage into Western Paradise for Buddhist scriptures. Thus Mount Laoshan was canonized by litterateurs an scholars of the past dynasties as the headstream of the orthodox school of Buddhism is Jiaodong peninsula. Pu Songling, the famous litterateur of the Qing Dynasty, left many masterpieces related to Mount Laoshan in his most famous work entitled “A Chinese Ghost Tale”. It included for instance a Taoist in Mount Laoshan, Xiangyu and so on and these made it widely known across China. Now many palaces and temples are open to foreign visitors including Taiqing Palace, Shangqing Palace, Mingxia Cavern, Taiping Palace, Huayan Temple, Luxuriant Bamboo Nunnery , and Hualou  Palace and others.

  Beijiushui Scenic Spot

Beijiushui Scenic Spot is located at the north of Mount Laoshan’s main peak, and around the upstream and middle reaches zones of the Baisha River. It is characterized by beautiful natural landscapes. Since it is situated at the north of Jufeng with perennial low temperature, it is quite favorable for the growth of plants which grow better in low-temperature zones. For that reason it gained the alias of “Mini Northeast”. It has an abundance of vegetation species and you may encounter shaped stones anywhere within its area, all of which are vivid and picturesque, creating a natural sculpture park. 

Beijiushui is created by the Mount Laoshan’s spring which runs down from the peak at a height of one kilometer. The local people have named it “Jiushui Gallery”.Totally eighteen ponds were constructed within the Beijiushui area. All of these ponds have profound significance and they were constructed along waterfront landscapes in the primitive natural inner Beijiushui area. These ponds are in different sizes and depths and have various styles and poetic imagery, all of which demonstrate a perfect combination of elegant landscapes and Taoist thought featured as “Nature Rules”. By virtue of their unique cultural meaning and physical beauty, these ponds now constitute a much more gorgeous, scenic vista.

Taiqing Scenic Spot

Located in the southeast part of Mount laoshan, Taiqing Scenic Spot is named after the famous Taiqing Palace. It is well known as the “Taoist sanctum” and “another floristic area in the Southern Yangtze zone” along with natural, marvelous sights of sea and stone. Taiqing Palace is the largest Taoist temple with the longest historical origins in the local area. The records show that it was initially built in the first year of the reign of Jianyuan of the Western Han Dynasty (B.C.140) and thus has more than 2,100 years of history.

Taiqing Palace is surrounded by mountains on three sides with one side facing the sea. By virtue of the shield from Jufeng and the neighboring seven mountains, the chilly south-bound air stream in winter is blocked off and a unique microclimate and microenvironment similar to that of the subtropics characterizes the local area. This means that in this place you may never encounter severe winters and broiling summers. Due to its mild, humid climate, exuberant vegetation and abundant species, it has gained the alias of the “new Southern Yangtze in North China”.

Jufeng Scenic Spot

Jufeng is the main peak of Mount Laoshan and has an altitude of 1,132.7m. It is the highest mountain and most adjacent to the sea along China’s 18,000km endless coastline, for which Mount Laoshan was praised as the “No.1 Offshore Famous Mountain”.

From the Jufeng Scenic Spot you may witness majestic, imposing, rare and varied beauty consisting of mountain and sea wonders, marvelous astronomical spectacles, assembled rare peaks, and human landscapes. In summer you may taste the gallant vigor of the Cloud Sea Spectacle and the Jufeng Sunrise. In winter you may appreciate the visions of Argent Peak with Crystal Air Hoar. It is indeed a fantastic thing to observe the sunrise at sea from the peak of Mount Laoshan. The Jufeng Sunrise has been listed in the Top-12 landscapes of Mount Laoshan.

Its construction was completed and it was opened to the general public at the end of 2003. It was very soon honored as one of the Top-10 Superfine Construction Projects of Qingdao City. Construction of the whole landscape zone has successfully integrated the thought of the Book of Changes featured as the “root of supreme Tao” and “head of the Five Classics”. It has also integrated the incredible geographic characteristics of Jufeng, expressing and displaying the unique charm of the philosophy of Yin and Yang in an external and substantial means. The whole scenic spot has demonstrated the harmonious thinking of the three-gifts -in- one idea, namely the organic combination of heaven, earth and humans. Thus all visitors who experienced this magnificent place may also realize an important part of the meaning of excellent Chinese traditional culture here.

Hualou Scenic Spot

Hualou Scenic Spot, located at the northwest of Mount Laoshan, is famous for fantastic mountains, rare stones, natural mountain forest sights, and Taoist resorts. Hualou Palace is situated in Hualou Mountain, which has an altitude of 350m. Hualou Mountain was named after the Hualou Stone at the summit.

Ever since the Yuan Dynasty, Hualou Mountain has become the first stop for senior officials, noble lords, and scholars who paid a visit to Mount Laoshan. Now among all local scenic spots, Hualou Scenic spot has retained the largest amount of Epigraphs. The famous epigraph “No.1 Offshore Famous Mountain” of Zhao Xian, Shandong Governor of the Ming Dynasty was engraved here.

Chessboard Stone Scenic Spot

Chessboard stone Scenic Spot is located in the eastern part of laoshan scenic spot. It is adjacent to Taiqing and Shangqing scenic spots in the south, Yangkou scenic spot in the north, Jufeng scenic spot in the west and the sea in the east. The main natural landscapes here include Chessboard Stone, the natural Cavern in Mount Narayan, contemporary Huayan Temple and MingTao Temple, which exists as the highest Taoist temple in Laoshan. The Scenic Spot is named after the Chessboard Stone located at the northeast of Jufeng, which has an altitude of 637m.

The Scenic Spot consist of ten famous view spots including the lotus world Gate, the Statuary of Monk Faxian, the Mainstay Stone, The Statuary of Yuqi, the Huayan Temple, the Cavern in Mount Narayan, the Sea Sight Gate and so on.

Yangkou Scenic Spot

Yangkou Scenic Spot is located in the northeast part of the Laoshan landscape zone. With gorgeous mountains behind and the blue Yellow Sea in front, Yangkou Scenic Spot has a characteristic landscape of immortal mountains, bays and beaches.

In the Yangkou Scenic Spot there are towering mountain ranges competing in beauty and fascination. The Taiping Palace,the palace on the sea, looms through an ocean of green bamboos and black pines. Fantastic and marvelous caves and stones are hidden in numerous cliffs. Broad plain, clean beaches, excellent sand and jade green sea water have created an ideal bathing beach for you.

Additionally it is a good place to observe the sunrise. Standing at the summit of Lion peak, you may appreciate the imposing spectacle of “Sunrise at lion Peak”. Under Lion Peak, you may simply look up and taste and engaging picture named “”Rushing Cloud in Lion Peak.” Tourists may even take in the Yangkou Ropeway to watch the magnificent Chinese character reading longevity, which is the largest under the sun, and taste the vast sight of the sea melting into the sky along the horizon.

Liuqing Scenic Spot

Liuqing Scenic Spot is located in the southern part of Mount laoshan where you may encounter lofty mountain ranges, deep and remote ravines and canyons, a mild climate, flourishing, bushy, verdant, black pine woods, zigzag capes, fringing reefs, beaches and also view spots such as Tianmen Peak, Frog Stone, Abalone islet, liuqing River Wash Land and so on . 　　　5月2日我参观了德国大众汽车的总部Wolfsburg，可以翻译成“狼堡”，狼堡离马歌德堡也是一小时左右的车程，是德国有名的汽车城之一。宝马的总部在慕尼黑，奔驰和保时捷的总部在斯图加特，而大众的总部就在狼堡。

　　　在全世界汽车公司销售排名中，第一名是通用，欧宝即属于通用系统，在东德到处可见Opel的车。第二名是福特，这些都是美国车，由于奔驰与美国克莱斯勒的合并，所以戴姆勒.克莱斯勒现在排名第三,而大众则排名第四 ,Toyota 排名第五.但在欧洲大众的销售额则排名第一.

　　　　大众在全球22个国家有38个工厂,在中国有与长春和上海合资的两个厂.全球33万人,在狼堡有5万多人.狼堡日产大众6种车型3000多辆,是全世界最大的汽车生产厂.大众车有很多牌子.如奥迪,高尔夫,帕萨特,捷达,Bora,Lupo等等,有各种档次的车我曾在ULM参观过奥迪的生产线,这一回主要参观的是Golf的生产线.

　　　　这个世界上最大的汽车生产厂真是太大了,长有70多公里,参观者必须坐着浏览车参观,而工人们每人都有自行车,为的是在车间里骑.汽车的流水线基本都是板材车间\车身及车体部件的安装车间,喷漆车间,总装车间,最好看的就是机器人自动安装生产线部分,大众狼堡已达到96%的自动化程度,有1500个机器人在安装车间工作,大众的机器人的硬件部分是与KUKA公司合作,而软件部分则与西门子公司合作,产品是自产自用.

　　　狼堡大众厂每天进出钢板1500吨,日生产板钢45万件,4000多个焊点,1400多个供货商,每天有400多个火车车厢运送原材料和成品\半成品.

　　　狼堡大众厂有欧洲最大的私用火车站,这个大众自用火车货站共有23个站台,每天110个22层大板车运送2400台各种成品车离开.

　　　汽车生产工序中最有意义的是”婚礼”.即马达引擎的安装,有了马达,汽车就有了灵魂,就完成了作为一台车安装时的最重要的历史时刻.

　　　据说大众也面临裁员问题,为了不让员工失业,解决方案是不裁员,但全员减少工时,降低工资,提前退休.

　　　我参观保时捷公司时曾发现保时捷先生是大众的奠基者,那麽保时捷公司与大众公司还有关系吗?领我们参观的大众厂的接待人员说:现在两个公司没有所属关系,只是私人关系.现在大众的总裁是老保时捷的孙子,他个人还拥有保时捷公司很多的股份哪!

　　　大众开发省油的车型,为大众服务是大众公司的宗旨.大众也有运动型的车,新甲壳虫系列的车很受青年人喜欢,POLOＣＵＰ就非常可爱，和奔驰出厂的ＳＭＡＲＴ一样，很受青春一族的青睐．

　　　从１９３４年费迪南．保时捷创立大众到今天他的孙子皮西大半个世纪以来，大众共售出１亿台各种车型的车．在网络时代的今天，大众也是欧洲第一流的网站，大众的主页月参观者有１００万人次，是汽车工业电子商务的开路先锋．

　　　大众的职工都有机会拥有本公司的股票，这一点和ＳＡＰ公司一样，公司是所谓的工人资本家，是公司所有者中的一部分，职工对企业有认同感．

      我们还参观了ＳＡＰ，ＡＢＢ，ＢＡＳＦ，　ＭＡＮ等等公司，这每一个公司都有各自的精华，每一个公司都有管理上的一套行业特色，这些都是货真价实的工业巨子，看得太表面，读的也太表面，真正到这里看看才知道这些庞大的工业帝国到底是如何运做的，他们是如何决策的，这才是我们最应该学习的东西．

　　德国人毕竟有踏实的作风，有一系列规矩成方圆的东西，对质量精益求精，使百年老牌子不倒．德国的名牌企业一直都是稳步前进，这些工业革命时代就开始的名牌企业就这样一个多世纪在踏实与求新中走到今天，也不大掉队，也不落伍，老牌子，老字号公司一直是老当益壮，象西门子这样的企业好象会一直的活下去，去陪伴几代人的生活，这也真是奇迹．愿中国的企业也象德国的这些老企业一样能一直的活下去，而不要在一代之后就夭折，就渐渐的散了，没了气息，中国哪一个公司有这末响当当的活了百年而青春常在哪？在这一点，我们的企业要好好的学德国的公司.好今天就写到这里.
