FanSnap shows you where tickets are located in a seating chart
of the venue.
I ran a search on FanSnap for Pixies tickets,Breguet
Watches, and it found more than 70 listings for the sold-out
show this Friday,Audemars
Piguet Watches, compared with about 30 listings on Craigslist.
(The Craigslist screenshot in Tuesday's post showed only listings
that had been added on that day.) Prices were similar to
Craigslist--lower in a few cases--and the site has some great
design touches, like a seating chart of the venue that maps tickets
to particular locations. Craigslist, of course, is purposely and
resolutely lo-fi. I still think there's something refreshing about
dealing with a real fan,Breitling

Penzu's focus makes it difficult to make strong comparisons to
those tools, but to be honest, I don't see much value in paying the
$19 for some of the extra features it adds. Things like rich text

in this case, dollars.
The company on Wednesday introduced a professional version of
its service that costs $19 a year and fixes many of the gripes we
originally had about its very pretty, but feature-light,
offerings.

Guidelines on how to construct a strong password almost
uniformly recommend using a mixture of upper and lower case
letters, numbers, and symbols. Tools for generating passwords (for
example, strongpasswordgenerator.com) encourage the use of symbols.
There's even a mathematical formula that precisely calibrates how
much more unguessable symbols make a password. So why don't sites
support symbols in passwords? It makes no sense.
So the pragmatic balance is a middle ground--passwords that are
strong enough to thwart hackers' brute-force attacks and guessing
algorithms, but easy enough that when someone is presented with a
sign-in prompt, they're not stumped, frustrated, and ready to reset
all their pass codes back to something like goofydog that easily
lets hackers break into their account.
One good solution is using a password generator, such as
PasswordMaker. Give it a Web site's URL, as well as a master
password; it hands back a strong password such as Ga9i)t|Z

This site examines the phenomenon of Wikipedia. We are interested
in them because they have a massive, unearned influence on what
passes for reliable information. Search engines rank their pages
near the top. While Wikipedia itself does not run ads, they are the
most-scraped site on the web. Scrapers need content — any content
will do — in order to carry ads from Google and other advertisers.
This entire effect is turning Wikipedia into a generator of spam.
It is primarily Google's fault, since Wikipedia might find it

Moushumi Basu
March 2nd, 2010
In the rural, tribal lands of Eastern India, protesters are going
head-to-head with world steel giant Arcelor Mittal. ?We may give
away our lives, but we will not part with an inch of our ancestral
land,' the villagers cry. 'The forest, rivers and land are ours. We
don't want factories, steel or iron. Arcelor Mittal Go Back.?
