    Hey world!  We just finished up summer league in Vegas, and now I’m chilling in Tuscon for a little while. I just had a new baby girl, her name is Janya and she is so beautiful. I feel truly blessed and thank God every day for her. I’m enjoying my summer, but I am still trying to improve my game. My performance during summer league was so-so. I know it could be a lot better and I have to keep pushing myself until it gets to that point. My goal now is to stay focused and just keep improving. I have a few things I am going to be working on specifically for the next few weeks until training camp starts. Defensively, I need to get on my A-game. I also need to wo

Here in Houston we’re just trying to ignore the free agency talk that’s going on around the league. I am just focusing on the Rockets and my game. These practices leading up to summer league are really important to me. I came to Houston in the middle of the season and didn’t really have enough time to learn the plays, we just had to do our best to make it work. Now I am getting the chance to learn the plays and process them so we can use them during summer league. Word is that I’ll be playing the 5 spot during summer league, which I’m comfortable with since I played the 5 at Arizona. I just want to compete, I’d play any position….I just want to be out there on the floor. I’m working on getting stronger

During the offseason this summer I’m gonna work hard and try to put on some weight and come back a little thicker for next year. Im really enjoying my time with the Rockets right now. It's been a great fit so far and I have so many good teammates here. Plus, I'm excited to play alongside one of the best players in the league next year…Yao Ming. Yao is the key to our team and we're confident that he'll be back on the floor next season and ready to go. With all of our new additions and Yao's comeback, I think we can make a nice run next season.
