要提高听力能力，首先是要解决词汇的问题,要熟悉听力教材中和日常口语中所出现的句型和表达法，把增强语感放到重要位置上来加以强调。有足够词汇量,听力不可能提高的。没有一定量的句型，在和英美人交流的时候就会在表达上形成差距，造成交流障碍。所以词汇是第一步，同时要扩大对句型的掌握,背词汇的同时要大量记忆常用的句型结构，在听力教材中出现的生词要背，词组和句型更是要熟练掌握。
加强朗读训练.正确的读音与正确的听音密切相连的，只有和标准读音相近了，自己有了正确的语音语调，才能更好地听懂音带里的内容。可以跟着录音来朗读，这样可以比照自己和原音的差别，达到模仿的最佳效果。
精听：它的目的在于模仿英美人的说话,模仿他们的语音语调,对照改正自己的语音语调.可以从比较简单的句子开始,先慢后快.要有计划,有安排,根据自己的听力程度,找准起点.对于IELTS考试而言,一般应该精听剑桥一到剑桥四的16套题目,因为这个都是全真题,与考试最接近了.如果时间有限,可以精听三和四的.精听的概念是完全能够跟上磁带的节奏,对所有的句子和单词都能在第一时间作出反映,而且对于书中要求拼写的单词一定要熟练掌握.
1精背雅思词汇，做到听说读写全部掌握，在阅读中得到复习，做到能够迅速反应中文意思。
2 系统地研读一本语法书，基础好的同学可以查漏补缺，对于写作中经常用到的语法项目进行系统复习。
3 如果认为学习动力不够, 可以考虑参加一个短期培训班, 如雅思基础班或针对自己的某个弱项参加单项培训，目的在于熟悉题型，了解考试趋势，出题技巧，尽快进入备考状态。
4每天定量练习雅思学术类阅读试题, 以每天一套为最佳.注意将自己的错题做成统计表, 以便于复习. 争取每天阅读一定量的原版英文报刊、书籍，并非要读懂每一个字，锻炼阅读速度。
5 争取每天听雅思听力磁带，要做精听，时间特别充裕的可以听其他英文资料。
6 对于老师给的或自己搜集的口语试题，进行科学训练，严格按照考试时间进行模拟测试，总结口语话题，归纳考试技巧。
7 根据老师讲的技巧，着手准备2-3个写作模板，杜绝语法错误。
今天上午花了1个小时零4分钟完成一套阅读题目(胡敏雅思第四代阅读教材test7),题目不是特别难,但自己由于刚开始没静下心来,所以耽误了时间,结果感觉还马马乎乎,错了7个.
感受1.做题的时候千万不要心有旁物,这样会使速度和准确率大打折扣.
感受2.要先看题在看文章,先熟悉一下题目的内容后再看文章,在文章中看到相关的题目后,迅速后去做题.
感受3.做题的时候可以用用语法常识做题,可以基本不用回原文找答案(23-26),可以尝试.
感受4.list of
headings还是比较难的题目,这种题目通常有陷阱,要好好比较所给的headings尤其是相似的.
感受5.short answer questions答的也不好,要注意.
感受6.还是要多练多读,才能保持良好的状态和感觉.
一、雅思备考：
1、听力：保证一定的精听，扫除所有的细节问题。（red meat=beef and mutton)
（drumstick=鸡腿）
2、阅读：平行阅读，平时多读，拓展自己的视野，学会利用google,yahoo搜索同类相关的文章。
3、口语：别紧张，学会用what\where\when\who\how等这样的方式来组织内容。
注意逻辑关系紧凑。
4、写作：逻辑清楚，说话有理有据。（with the development of
ecnomics,there more and more crimes.这样的不大合适，前后因果关系不是很明确）
说话用词准确（It can be wrong or it is sometimes wrong)不要绝对化（it is
wrong)
避免陈词滥调（every coin has two sides)

从2002回国后，在广西南宁澳思特雅思培训学校教了4年的雅思阅读和口语，总结了一些经验，下面和烤鸭们分享一下：
阅读6---6.5分= 能力 (70%) + 技巧(30%)
今年,对于一些市场上所谓的名牌雅思加盟学校的老师鼓吹2个月即可以帮一个零基础的学生拿到阅读6分,我真是不敢苟同,因为不是自吹,英国佬所出的那些阅读试题的考策的初衷,我基本上是很清楚的,一个零基础的学生在2个月内是绝对拿不到6分,不论他们背诵什么所谓的阅读真井,如果说听力机警是有用的,那么阅读真警只是骗人的,因为不可能有人在每次阅读考试后将40道题的答案背诵下来,原因很简单,第一,雅思阅读考试没有10分钟的腾答案,第二,阅读的文章都是关于科普,天文以及地理等比较抽象的课题,这是与听力考试的内容贴近生活是大相径庭的,所以建议烤鸭们没有必要花费时间去背诵阅读真警,因为这只会浪费你的时间。
