Singapore!

剛從新加坡回台灣沒多久 覺得如果再待一會兒 
或是再去其他的國家去宣傳我們這部戲 (愛就宅一起) 就會更開心 
兩天一夜有點太趕了 
沒什麼時間讓我好好的享受真正的新加坡 
時間都安排的很緊 連去個餐廳好好吃一頓飯都沒 

可是 
我很開心能跟汪東城 和 楊丞琳一起 上台看到那麼多支持者… 
聽到大家那麼的支持我們這部戲真的會讓我們的心情衝到天… 
也要好好謝謝大家寫的信, 送的禮物 
不是好吃就是很有創意的 

沒有帶到護照的那一天真的很抱歉也很不好意思 
讓我們女主角單飛, 吵醒我舅舅拜託他把護照帶來給我, 耽擱整個新加坡的行程讓fans等… 
對不起 

看了第二集跟看第一集一樣…很多地方都被剪來剪去 
也不知道該說什麼 
現在就是有兩個版本…比較完整版會是在八大综合台 
可是希望觀眾還是可以鎖定中視 
非常感謝你們的支持 

Just got back from Singapore not too long ago and somewhat feeling that if we had more time to stay around or 
if we had the chance to fly from country to country promoting our new show (ToGetHer) that I would be more satisfied and more happier 
  2 days isnt enough and certainly too much in a hurry. 
Plus it hardly gave me the time to actually enjoy the real Singapore
  it was 4 days of events jammed packed into 2 days..we didnt even have time to actually go to any restaurant to sit down and eat..it was all take out really. 
BUT 
  I am really happy that I got the chance to promote ToGetHer with Jiro and Rainie especially when we all stood up stage looking upon the massive crowd  cheering us on.. it was quite a sight to see... 
  Just hearing all the supporters  cheering can really be heart warming...our mood sky rocketing!!!
 Thank you all for the wonderful letters and gifts.. it was either delicious or very thoughtful 
      There is one thing I have to say...the first day I totally forgot to bring my passport...and I am deeply sorry and really embarrassed by it.. thus having our Main Female actress Rainie flying by herself, waking my uncle up in the middle of the night pleading him drive himself to the airport to give me my passport, delaying all the promoting events in Singapore having all the fans to wait..

 

   Having to watch the 2nd episode of ToGetHer was the same as watching the 1st...disappointed...
some scenes have been cut out... and as of now there are 2 versions of our show.. the complete version can be scene on GTV  but at the sametime I certainly feel obligated to tell all fans all supporters to continue supporting the show on Public Television

上個禮拜的意外

上個禮拜三  
 我再工作的路程出了一場車禍 
 我被兩台 車同時裝上 
 一台汽車一台機車
 兩台從我左側撞, 汽車撞我前面 機車撞我後面 

當我走綠燈的時候 他們闖了紅燈...我反應不過來 只看到我的機車被 汽車撞的粉碎 
 被撞的那一剎那 我是嚇到 而驚訝到 
 我嚇到是因為被撞 可是我驚訝是因為我的車被撞飛而我的身體在原地的空中停留了幾秒 然後再著地
感覺我的身體都沒有動 可是全世界在動 
 我著地的時候 我人在站著用雙腳撐著 可是我發現我左腳非常的痛 就慢慢倒在地上 

住院的時候 醫生跟我說 不用開刀 可是我小腿的小骨頭裂掉 然後韌帶受到 重傷
 所以要好好的休息, 然後 不要亂動, 要 100天才會復原到100% 

很感謝大家關心我 也感謝大家來陪我 在我最需要被陪的日子
非常的感動...我一被子都會記住

PS: 要提醒大家騎車 或開車 當你綠燈的時候 還是要左右看一下...不要直接走喔..小心


Last wednesday 
 I got into a 3 way accident 
 I was struck by a car and a motorcycle at the sametime
 both vehicles came from my left...the automobile struck the front and the motorcycle struck the back 

I was going on a green and they both happened to increase their speed to run a red..thus giving me no time to react 
and so my motorcycle was slammed into pieces. 
at the second i was hit I was in total shock and really surprised 
 Shock was because I couldn't believe I was hit, surprised was because my motorcycle went flying but my body was suspended in mid air at the place where I was sitting on my vehicle...
 it felt like a few seconds until I landed on my two feet...but after landing I noticed that
my left leg was in severe pain so I slowly fell to the ground..

hospitalized for 3 days, the doctor told me that my shin bone was fine but the bone behind the it was fractured...the ligaments weren't broken but it was severely damaged..and it would take 100 days to fully recuperate 
 So I really need the rest plus dont over work your leg as well..

I really appreciate all of your concern and love... and really thankful for all that came to my aid at the time most needed.
I am and always will be thankful and touched...I will never forget these moments. 

PS: as a reminder that if your riding a motorcycle or driving a car that you look both ways before you go...be careful

好久不見!!!!!

 

真的好久好久沒有時間可以好好的和你們說個 哈囉
 對不起 對不起
 我最近忙著拍終極三國 
每天一大早就開始工作了
那麼早工作都可以吸到新鮮空氣 
 
 我和你們說一下  要低調一點
 我演的角色 跟我上一部的角色是完全不一樣?
完全完全
 而且這個角色不能亂拿來開玩笑的 (嚴肅的來說)
我也是盡量的演好
 我給們幾個提示:
1) 每天都會有人拜祂
2) 他帶著兇悍的紅臉 而 很講義氣

答案就是:  關羽   姓關明羽字雲長
所以你們現在知道 為什麼我要很小心的演我新的角色

Its has really been a long time since i've stopped by to greet you all
im sorry for that sorry sorry
 recently work has piled up way too high so Im mostly playing catch up
Im filming a new series called 終極三國  and if I were to directly translate it over to english,  it would be
 " Ultimate Three Kingdoms"
We're filming daily from day to night
when work begins it begins extremely early in the morning where you dont here the chirpings of the birds
but the upside of all this is that I get to inhale non-polluted oxygen..its always fresh  
  Im going to release a secret but keep it down-low though
 Im filming a character that is the total opposite compared to my previous character
 plus I gotta be really careful of how I use his name and act
 Give you two reasons:
1) people pray to him daily
2) his face expression often has a mean but courageous look  but all in red. 

the answer is :  
He is a celestial being
a figurine of the Gods
 so I defintiely have to be extra careful of how I express and act his character

三國 開拍了!

哈囉大家!
  台灣的天氣突然變很冷..所以要好好保暖了
  我們新的一部戲 也開拍了  所以開始忙起來了
 還沒開拍的時候 有在訓練一些對戲很重要..
有練武功 是沒問題的, 主要的是 練曲棍球..
我們五個演員湊在一起打...五個都一樣摔來摔去..
 好不容易練到可以對打的時候 戲就要開拍了.. 最慘的是 抽不到時間自己去溜直排輪 練一練.
 希望拍曲棍球的時候 會溜的順..要不然在球場上你會看到一些保齡球木瓶倒來倒去 hehehe
  所以大家 加油!
 再提醒大家要穿暖一點喔

Hello out there!
  The temperature in Taiwan just rapidly dropped 2 days ago so grab out those coats and start wearing them 
   A new Tv series has just started filming and thus having a very loose grip on time for myself..getting busy busy busy
  before filming there were some intense training on activities that the film needed us to go through. 
  training martial arts was no biggy, but training for hockey.....yea....that was kinda out of the ordinary. 
  5 of us actors gathered together training and 5 of us inevitably fell to the floor continuously. 
Not long after our first face off,  the first day of filming came along...the disadvantage of this is that I cant find a suitable 
time for me to continue training.  
 I just hope that by the time we start filming the hockey scenes we all are ready like Pros...otherwise you'll see us dropping like bowling pins on the bowling lane hehehe 
 So we gotta keep on truckin!!!! Add GAS!!!!

 這句口號 很多人應該知道吧? 蝙蝠俠裡面一個人物說的 
 而且我相信他該不只我一個人喜歡的... " 小丑 " The Joker 
 
最近我買到一件T-Shirt 好讓我很得意又超開心的! 
  我可以說 "一見鍾情" , 雖然詞用在衣服上不太對可是我真的好愛
  這件讓我無法控制自己不買 
  心情 整個是 非買不可!!!!!


最近在季節要變了 
  " Let's Put A Smile On That Face "
  歡新的心情面對世界 
  要開心, 要快樂 
我的T-Shirt 可以讓我維持開心的狀態 很久很久 
  你呢?  
 
Why So serious?
  This slogan I'm guessing is well known by the mass... 
  If its still blurry then let me give you a small clue..he's an important character in the movie " Batman The Dark Knight "
  I believe I'm not the only one that particularly favors his character 
  The JOKER is his name

These past few weeks I've purchased a T-Shirt that got me all excited and pretty much flippin off walls. 
  It was pretty much love at first sight...
 when I saw the T-Shirt on display I really lured me in 
  I had to have this shirt in my closet 
 I had no control over my hand while it was reaching for my wallet.  
 It was a MUST HAVE!!! 

 The season is changing 
 so " Let's Put A Smile On That Face " 
 Face the world with a new mood 
  Gotta be happy gotta be joyful 
my T-Shirt makes me happy and it can stay that way for quite a while

上個禮拜 愛就宅一起 殺青了 
殺青的那天是在我 (加森) 的家裡拍 
連續拍了 3 天  
主要的是 連續三天通告
從晚上拍到早上  
剛開始 大家的精神很好, 眼神好有神, 很積極的...動作都很快 GO GO GO!!!!
直到天空開始亮了..........
陽光一照到大家以後 就發現一大堆殭屍的存在 
眼神都沒有神了
眼睛都紅了
黑眼圈很黑 眼袋很深 
動作都變了...都慢下來
難忘的一幕  ;)   辛苦大家了!!!!!! 

拍這部戲好讓我收獲很多
很讓我開心 
回想很多過程 都會讓我偷偷的笑出來 
捨不得跟大家分離 可是我相信將來會有機會再一起笑
 
Last week was the day of filming 愛就宅一起 
on that day, all the scenes were shot in (加森 or Jason's) house 
it was 3 days straight filming in the place where I reside (filming wise) 
that was nothing 3 days straight...but get this...it was 3 days straight where everyone had to switch around the hours of slumber...we had to film from the night's dark to the break of dawn 
  when we were getting ready film, everyone's spirit was at 100% 
  enthusiasm was at fullest, tip top shape, eyes were as sharp as an eagle's and movements were swift and light as can be 
  ---until dawn's light unveiled itself---
  the ray of light encovered us all and  found a blanket of zombies just roaming around 
  everyones' eyes were all red 
  eye bags were drooping as low as can be 
  everyone was slurring their words 
  movements were....well all I can say is that they weren't getting quicker  hehehe
a moment not worth forgetting..but everyone has put in their best effort  so 3 cheers for the cast and crew!!!
 HIP HIP HOORAY   HIP HIP HOORAY   HIP HIP HOORAY!!!!!!!! 
these few months has made me experience many new things and thus making it very worhtwhile 
thinking back of our filming course, makes me smile all the time
although reluctant to leave the team but I believe in the future not so far away that we will be able to gather around to once again laugh together

The notorious Olypmics has begun..
  Everyone is cheering for their own country 
  All excited and curious to see what the outcome would be. 
One thing that really caught my eye was the opening ceremony...it was spectacular how every performance was 
  perfectly lined up. 
  it had so much art meaning to it 
 Every single day when I get the chance, 
 I would just turn the TV on and switch to the channels that have Olympic events and become one with the sofa 
 But of course HotShot is first on my priority list.

我現在要講的是 那天在陳默默家 慶祝我生日

想說大家演得非常好 很真很真

真是令人難言
劇情是這樣: 

導演很突然說要加戲  他要加一場加森幻想著 他和他心愛的女生 陳默默 接吻

楊丞琳聽到這消息以後就嚇到  愣住沒多久就往裡面去 
外面的人都很尷尬 不知道怎回事 
汪東城走出來不知道發生什麼事  就問我 剛剛怎麼了 
接著有人出來說 楊丞琳在哭 
( 這時候 我整個 是個問號 怎麼會突然加戲而不早點説, 
 後來想說拍戲都是這樣…我就無厘頭的看我手錶 看到那天是22 號 
再兩天就是我生日 就覺得怪怪的 是不是在演戲 ) 
導演後來叫大家排位 然後試戲 他那時候就叫我和丞琳要吻下去因為要看位置 
接近了以後 發現丞琳的嘴唇在難過的抖 然後導演就生氣的罵 說怕什麼啊! 
 (這時 我就覺得慘了….是真的 不是假的!!!! 身體冒出斗大的汗 hahaha) 
丞琳突然轉身跑進房屋 
心理在想 怎麼辦….後來當我沒注意的時候 蛋糕就突然在我面前冒出來 
 “ 祝你生日快樂 “ !!!!!!!! 
AAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! 被騙了!!!!!!!! Hahhahha 
心好混亂….開心, 緊張, 尷尬都混在一起　 
 超好玩的 
我最開心, 感動的是他們有花一點時間在我身上  準備要開我玩笑 hahhaha 
WOOOH!

First I would like to say: 
  Thank you for all that said the words” Happy Birthday” to me 
  Thank you for all that the wonderful gifts  
  My heart is in content THANK YOU!!! 

Right now what I would like to share with you is the day that we were all at 陳默默’s house filming celebrating my birthday 
The story goes as told: 
  The director arbitrarily added a scene where 加森 has a fantasy kiss with 陳默默 
  Once Rainie hears of this she was in total shock and makes haste walking back indoors leaving everyone outside feeling all awkward not knowing what just happened. 
  Jiro comes out clueless to what had just occurred and asks whats going on? 
  Linda steps out and whispers Rainie is crying  (at this moment millions of question marks are swarming in my mind…thinking why would this scene be added so suddenly without discussing it with anyone…but you know, this kind of stuff happens all the time so I wasn’t all that shaken up…I happened to look at my watch and realized it was the 22nd and thought its not that far away from my birthday so it felt a bit strange…am I being setup?) 
  The director then tells us to run the script..and tells us to kiss to let the camera man locate the exact position… as the kiss narrows more thin I see that Rainie’s lips were shaking and soon after the director yells out, “Ｗhat are you scared of?!!!” 
   All you see later on is her running back to the house leaving once again the whole cast and crew in an embarrassing situation….( Im sweating bullets mind you cause Im starting to believe that this whole gig is real!!!!! hahaha)  
  I lift my head finding a birthday cake placed right in front of me.and the notorious birthday song sang by everyone. I  WAS  SETUP!!!!!! I WAS TRICKED!!!!! WOW!!!!! 
  What a rush….my heart was all pounding with all kinds of emotions 
  Happy, worried, awkward all at once.. 
  I was really touched by everyone spending sometime on me thinking of a gig to play on me…that was what made me really happy.. 
  WOOH!!!!!

前幾天 發生一個狀況 不知道 可怕或者好笑 
我拍完一場夜戲的時候 往化妝室走去 
外面都暗暗的 整個路程不太清楚 只有一顆不亮的燈泡在頂樓往下照..
3 個人走在一起 包括我   很正常的走, 沒想什麼, 沒在怕什麼 

突然間 我聽到尖叫聲 然後接著 很快的一個腳步聲 踏踏踏 跑走...我往前看 發現我前面那一位往前跑走了
這時 再聽到 腳步聲從我後面跑走, 我往後看 我後面那一位往後跑
我心裡在想 這到底怎會是...那一瞬間 我四處看是什麼東西把他們嚇走
找不到了以後就開始想要往哪裡跑比較好...一個往前一個往後...旁邊也沒空位可以逃 所以我選了往後跑...
好笑的是我完全不知道我幹麻也在跑hahahaha ... 前面和後面的那兩位都知道 
 
我跑了兩三步 轉身接近原點看清楚一點...原來是一支很長很長的黑蛇把大家都嚇走了 
前面的人 非常的怕蛇而且更可怕的是在黑暗中看到它突然動起來...所以理解為什麼會奔跑掉
這是我第一次接觸到 "我不知道為什麼要跑, 可是就是要跑就對了" 的情況
而且也是我第一次看那一位跑的最快的一次

A situation had occurred a fews days ago that got me confused on whether to be frightened or to laugh hysterically 
 At that time I was done filming a night scene and was heading back to the makeup room 
 The night has fallen, the nocturnal insects begin to arise from their slumber 
  the walk back under the dark sky was not clear...the only thing that gave us direction was the dim light bulb that was on the rooftop lighting the way. 
  3 people walking together including me clear minded, nothing to be scared of. 

In an instant I heard a scream that could send chills down your spine..the ones that you hear in many horror films...followed by footsteps with extreme speed due to fright...I look forward only to find that the person in front of me has driven off way beyond my line of sight... 
 all of a sudden I hear footsteps from behind running further away from me..I turn around only looking at the gust of wind that the person in back of me left as she ran away.
 Im figuring what can be the source of all this commotion...looking in all 4 directions finding nothing made me decide to start fleeing from the spot that Im in...the person in front ran forward, the person in back ran backwards...there was no room in running to either sides..due to my natural instincts I chose running backwards..
Funning thing is, I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IM RUNNING FOR! hahaha the other 2 knew 

after two three steps away from the area I turn around and start approaching the hostile spot to get a closer glance at what cause the scare. Looking torwards the ground seeing that it was a long black snake slithering away.  
 The person in front   1) has an extreme fear of snakes 2) in the dark shades appears a creature that slithers along the ground near you...so I understand her terms " why with the terrible scream" 

This is the first time I have ever experienced a " JUST RUN " incident 
and its the first time I have ever seen one with incredible speed

{愛就宅一起} 這部戲裡不只是演加森這個角色    
我還有當個老師和防蚊液...所以挑戰性更高

汪東城 他有一場要唸一段詩 可是那段全都是英文字  
我的強項是英文的語言...所以為了要唸比較順跟比較標準 汪東城就問我可不可以教他一下 
當然是沒問題 
當他要演那場, 我就在旁邊指導他
那時候感覺好像我是導演...唸錯的時候我就說不行 然後再糾正一下
如果有更多的時間可以準備的話 我相信他一定會唸的更好更順 
主要是他真的有努力 

楊丞琳跟我的對戲目前都是在戶外 所以很容易被曬 
被曬是小事 外景最怕就是被蚊子咬
楊丞琳有說過  她只要在外面就會被咬的很慘擦了防蚊液不一定有效 
我就跟他說我也很容易被咬  
有一天 我們發現當我們在演戲時, 他都沒有被蚊子咬到 
因為蚊子都來找我 
我是當他的防蚊液 轉移蚊子的注意力 hahaha 

互相幫忙

Im not just Jason in {愛就宅一起} 
I have other roles such as a teacher and a mosquito repelent 

Jiro has one scene where he has to recite a poem in front of an audience, but the catch is the poem is all in english. 
 English is one of my strong points, so he asked a favor of me to be his temporary tutor in order for him to recite the poem more fluently and precise.  I agreed without questions asked 
 When it was time for him perform, I was on the set to guide him 
At that instant, it felt as if I was the director for a short period of time being I had the power to "cut " whenever Jiro pronouced wrongly.  I believe that if more time was given, he would''ve breezed through the whole thing 
mostly he has shown effort. 

So far up till now, Rainie and I have outdoor scenes 
and with outdoors scenes, u better pack yourself with a lot of sunblock. 
Being under the sun isn't really the issue here though, the biggest fear is being bitten by  mosquitos. 
Rainie said that she is very prone to being bitten even with mosquito repelent on..
 hearing that, I said that I am as well. 
 One day on the set, we realized something...we saw that she wasn't bitten at all ( thinking the mosquito repelent that she applied on herself worked) but finding the bite marks on me...it wasn't much but it proved one thing...when Im around, she's safe from the blood thirsty insects hahaha

拍了幾天的戲 幾乎都有下雨
到底要到什麼時候 才會停??
然後看新聞報導 說明天 颱風會進入台灣 
越來越誇張  
從毛毛雨 到 雷雨 到 颱風  真的令人難言
希望好天氣快來
我想大家也會希望太陽快出現
如果碰到跟我一樣的狀況吧?
 
 Filming took place at the zoo the 2nd time and the situation that took place felt quite redundant 
cause it rained...it rained BAD while we were in the middle of filming 
 what was included in the package of redundancy was the agony of being bit by the swarm of mosquitos

 According to the news, a typhoon is approaching Taiwan  
and its going to land here on Monday 
 its just a bit out of control  
 first the drizzle, then comes the thunderous rain, and tomorrow it finishes off with a typhoon
 its kinda getting outta hand dont you think?
Im just hoping that the sun would just come out and stay 
 plus im guessing that anyone would agree with me after going through continuos rainfall day after day

第一天就跑到動物園拍戲 
那天早上 熱爆了! 
非常的曬 
大家都在說好熱好熱 
我穿著不通風的衣服, 楊丞琳戴著假髮, 汪東城戴著全套的安全帽!!!
我們三個在那邊 快要暈到了
可惜那天還沒拍完我們要拍的動物 
 因為那天後來突然下了很大的雨
一陣 一陣的下  所以導演只好說拍不了 要補拍

My first day of filming was at the zoo..pretty nice 
aside from the blazing sun and the climbing termperature
on that day, I was wearing a pretty thick hooded shirt, Rainie was wearing a wig, and Giro had a helmet over his head
Us 3 were on the verge of fainting on 
 the unfortunate part is that we didnt have enough time to finish filming because of the rain that kept pouring down on us. 
 it was then that the director said to film on another day otherwise we'll just wait there forever for the rain to stop

我第一次感受到 上下的地震 
好可怕    尤其在躺著的時候
整個身體好像往下震 
那時候趕快把電視打開看新聞    有沒有播說嚴不嚴重 
是我想太多

yesterday night, a small earthquake struck Taiwan 
  This was the first time I have ever experienced an up-down motion of an earthquake
  a bit more frightful especially when your all lied down...your whole body just drops  a few inches
at that time I swiftly turned on the television set and turned to the news seeing if was really serious 
  but it was all in my head, thinking too much

最近 台灣不斷的在下雨 好煩 
不是被淋到雨就是在家無法出去

不知道什麼時候會停.................................等待中

我下部戲快要開拍了六月四日就要在八大舉行開鏡記者會

所以導演想說讓演員一起碰面 然後 對戲
跟楊丞琳 和汪東城一起對戲讓我感覺輕鬆舒服 
我相信開拍之後 會拍的很順而且大家會熟的快

游泳池 最近變了我的好朋友
每一個禮拜會去3-4次 而且游蝶式
我游到現在肩膀酸痛...可是感覺很爽. 很有成就感 ; )
  
要開始忙了所以要加油了 
大家加油 !!

hows everyone doing lately? 
lately Taipei, Taiwan is a little bit under the weather  
constantly raining and pouring...*sigh* 
Sometimes Im rained on and sometimes I just get stuck indoors unable to enjoy the outdoors 
Not really sure when this unstable weather would become stable....very anxious to know 

with that aside, the next flick that Im in is almost up and roling 
so the director had an idea of letting the cast meet up and also just reviewing our lines together acting them out. 
It was really soothing and comfortable acting with Rainie and Jiro 
I believe that when it comes the day when we start filming, we would be up and rolling, plus we would become more interactive at a quick pace. 

its going to get busy soon so gambate!

大家好

我想大家現在的心情都跟我一樣的悲痛,  
強烈的地震改變了一切,   在電視報導上看到了很多悲慘的畫面.

尤其那麼多的學生被壓在底下  真的讓人掉淚

天下父母的心    怎能接受這場景  
那份心痛感受真的很難想像

就像之前台灣9/21 大地震, 我外公外婆 就是災民.....當事情發生後, 
所有的電話都斷了幾天都聯絡不到
當時的心情真是很難形容......
 最後是舅舅拜託當地的朋友去查外公家的情況 因為所有的路都不通...
連舅舅都進不去災區.
所以我們要珍惜一切 也要珍惜身邊所有的人.
也希望所有災區的朋友都能度過這次災難也希望大家平安無事
加油加油大家加油 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Im guessing many of your moods are the same as mine, sorrowful.

A violent earthquake shook residents of many  towns and changed many point of views.

Tragic news has been broadcasting ever since the earthquake hit and each only getting worse.

Especially the many students that are buried under the crumbled down school, its really hard to describe what the parents are going through..only through the tears that have been shed 


Like the earthquake that hit Taiwan years back on the 21st of September, my grandparents were victims to the disaster...when it occurred, all the telephone lines were down...there was no way to get in contact for days..at that time the mood of my family and I were indescribable.

It was then that my uncle got in contact with friends local to my granparents to have them help by checking out the area to see how the situation was.

 Thus we have to cherish all and cherish everyone and hope victims to this natural disaster can quickly recooperate from the catastrophe and wish for all safety, health, and the way back into love

游泳!!!!

哈囉好久不見!!!
上個週末, 我爲了下部戲的角色特地去游泳.
我到我家附近的游泳池 去游..
美國和台灣的游泳池規矩很不一樣...
我這麼說是因為我那天都把泳褲穿好了... 我一下水就被救生員叫出來
說我一定要戴上泳帽 和穿緊身的泳褲不能穿海灘褲
還好他跟我說這次是因為你第一次 也都付了錢,
所以褲子不要緊, 可是泳帽一定要戴,  所以我到櫃檯去買了一頂
美國的游泳池沒什麼穿著的規矩,  所以沒有想到那天要有「打扮」 ;-)

長久以來，游泳一直是我的興趣
剛開始是媽媽和我一起下水游 
長大了以後她就安心的放我一個人上游泳課 
那時候學了很多姿勢...也很厲害 (自己說) hehehe 
 所以到今天我很多游泳的姿勢都沒忘掉...那天下了水就總共游了八趟...
一邊覺得舒服, 因為整個身體的肌肉都有用到, 可是另一邊好累喔, 又好喘hahahah!!!
 再去游幾次就不會那麼痛苦了 ; -) 

Hows everything going lately? 
last weekend I went to a local pool to swim a few laps to prep for my next role
thats when I noticed there are some different regulations between the local pools in Taiwan and America
 It was that day when I jumped into the pool and was called out by the lifeguard mainly because I wasn't wearing the proper attire...
To be appropriate to jump in is when you have your swimming hat on and swimming trunks ( like the very tight ones otherwise known as spandex type)
 I wasn't informed of that also being accustomed to the American way of no attire regulation..
 but the lifeguard understood my circumstances saying, " since its your first time and you paid already im going to let you go with the pants but the hat you gotta have." 
So I went to the counter to purchase me one. 
 For a long while swimming became a hobby for me...my mother accompanied me to swimming classes while I was a minor and as time passed I began to attend them myself learning each and every different way to move in water...and I can say I was pretty good myself ( hahha patting myself in the back) 
 Up till today I remember them, just I gotta get back to the feeling...plus get my cardio system flowing...
 like that day...in total i swam 8 laps.... I was feeling all good because my muscles were being worked out but at the sametime I was totally exhausted!!!! out of breath and all!!! 
But I can say just a few more times to the pool and I'll be fine ;-)
