　　性格不稳定者——此类人常因长期缺钙，造成心神不定，应该多吃一些含钙、磷较多的食物，如大豆、牛奶、苋菜、炒南瓜子、海带、木耳、紫菜、田螺、橙子、河蟹、虾米等。

　　喋喋不休者——此类人为大脑中缺少维生素B，从而整天唠叨不息，故需要多吃粗粮，或牛奶加蜂蜜，常饮用会有好的效果。

　　易怒者——这种人多因缺钙和维生素B，遇到不顺心的事，极度易激动，甚至暴跳如雷。应减少盐分及糖分的摄取，少吃零食。可以多吃些含有钙质的牛奶及海产品。

　　怕事者——主要是缺少维生素A、B、C，宜多吃辣椒，笋干、鱼干等。同时，也可能因为食酸性食物过量，或肉类食用过多，应多吃瓜果蔬菜。

　　怕交际者——这种人多属于神经质兼冷漠，故宜多饮用蜂蜜加果汁，并可饮用少量的酒。

　　优柔寡断的人——要建立以肉

朋友在msn上说，每次跟我聊都觉得我很颓。说的没错，我承认，今年的一年，过的是很浑浑噩噩的。在很多时候，无聊空虚中，自己没有任何前进。
