我也不知道
为何好像突然很多事情瞬间清晰
我却这么多年都没发现过
呵呵
不知是该表扬我的迟钝
还是该嘉奖生活的坚硬

我总是比期望的晚最少一步
Jane austen的书我也要看一遍以上才可能体会二分之一的情感
阳光洒下来时我老是告诉自己

因为也许随着时间改变 别人会告诉你 当时如果你怎样 现在就会如何如何
可你已不是当时的你 
既然当时当地的你 选择了那么做
就说明是当时你最清楚的情感给你指示的答案
多年后的现在  你再去想 或所谓的后悔都是幼稚的
因为这只是一种极为普遍的儿童玩具心理

肉类——茶：茶中的大量鞣酸与蛋白质结合会产生具有收敛性的鞣酸蛋白质，使肠蠕动减慢，延长粪便在肠道滞留时间，形成便秘。
白酒——胡萝卜：胡萝卜含有丰富的胡萝卜素，与酒精一起进入人体，就会在肝脏中产生毒素，从而损害肝脏功能。
咸鱼——乳酸饮料：咸鱼不宜与乳酸饮料搭配食用，由于咸鱼制品中的硝酸盐在乳酸菌的作用下被还原成亚硝酸盐，而在唾液中的硫氰酸根催化下，产生致癌物，可能引起胃肠、肝等消化器官癌变。
