大踢腿能更好的帮你把软度,韧度训练得更好,训练踢腿不仅可以增强软度,还可以增强你的肌肉爆发力,使你不仅有软度还有爆发力,且能够增加中段的控制力。大踢腿的形式有,前腿,旁腿,后腿,盖腿,蹁腿,盖蹁腿,紫金冠,等多种形式。基本功训练,训练的准确性很重要,错误的训练往往不仅不会起到锻炼的作用,基本功练不好正如地基没打牢,后果不堪设想。那么,在练习大踢腿时需要注意哪些问题呢?
1.起腿要轻
腿将要踢起时,要迅速地将身体重心移到另一腿上,使将要踢起的腿部肌肉放松,这样才会起腿轻,踢腿快如风。为防止摔倒,也可背靠墙或肋木练习。
2.踢时要快
腿由下至上,应快速向面部摆动,这里有一个加速的过程。踢时髋部要后坐,腿上摆有寸劲。刚刚练习踢腿时,必须始终保持动作的规范性,宁可踢得刚过胸,也不把支撑腿的腿跟抬起或膝部弯曲,或是弯腰凸背用头去迎碰脚尖,这些均说明腿的柔韧性训练不到位,韧带还
