It's been a really loooong
time! I was kind of a volunter for like 20 days in Beijing during
the Olympic season. I worked for Haier Group.
Here I am gonna tell
you what we exactly did as a volunteer. Haier company invited some
oversea clients and bussiness partners to Beijing to watch the
Games during Olympic season. Those people who were invited by Haier
from other countries all stayed at a 5-star hotel called
Diaoyutai Hotel. And we volunters helped those VIPs check in and
check out, collected VIPs information(i.e.pay attention to those
who are Muslin or who has allergy or who is vegetarian things like
that, then told their coach to be carefull when they were out to
sightsee and dinner), translated Chinese into English for guests,
and sent them gifts every day. Sometimes some guests would
need some help and we were there
back from a battle (2008-05-18 15:30)
It seems that I have just come back
from a battle.
Things don't
always turn out as you expected.
That's the exact experience I have been through
recently.
After
all these--what have happened and what hasn't happened, I have so
much to say...
But
just don't know where to start it...
However, I have everything 100% clear deep in my
heart.
Soon
enough I've already in a new battle. When will it end? God only
know! That doesn't
I am free (2008-05-14 18:44)
I am free now
(at least in a short period of time). I felt relieved when I
finished the last section of toefl at Hainan University on 11th,
May. It's been a long way. And there were many obstacles along this
way. Luckily, I have so many relatives and friends who care for me
and gave me a lot of help. That's why I can get through toefl
relatively smoothly and sit down comfortably now in front of
my laptop to write this diary.
First, I want to thank my auntie, my
uncle's lovely wife, who took good care of me during the time I
stayed at her home before toefl and accompanied me to Haikou to
take the T exam. I bet if she hadn't been with me, I would have
feel much worse. So I really appreciate that.
Second, I'd like to thank my uncle,
my auntie's handsome husband. He was actually very busy during my
stay at his ho

Going to Guangzhou (2008-04-23 19:53)
I am going to Guangzhou the day
after tomorrow.
I
will see my best friend Cythia there and go shopping with her. You
know what, we have't seen each other for 3 years. But we almost
text message everyday and chat online. Wow, can't
believe that. It is just some gal's talk, haha...so thrilled!!!
And
then I will go to Lianjiang where I was born and raised to see my
uncle and his family, especially my little cute brother. I will
also prepare the upcoming toefl exam there for a few days. After
that I am going to Hainan which is the southest province of China
to take the toefl exam
.
Haha...
It seems that I am gonna be a bit busy for a
while. It's worthy though!

Ahaha... I
am back home. Wow wow wow! What can I say, huh?
It is a long long story. And I
will keep it down when I have time.
I just got back this
morning...
What a nightmare! (2007-12-22 14:59)
Oh, Jesus!
Finally I woke up feeling much better this morning.
You will
never know what I had been through last night! My sore throat
almost killed me at midnight, which made me hard to fall
asleep.
You know
what, I never wanted to go home so deperately at that time.
And I just wished I coud jump into a train and head home
immedieately. What's worse, all my roommates who had to take the
English test the next day were sleeping. So I couldn't make any
noise in our room but swallowed the pain sliently by myself. But
thank Hebe who gave me some medicine to relieve the pain a little
bit.
I had planed to go to the
drug store instead of watching moives at library (as I mentioned at
my last diary) as soon as finish
2007 12 21 (2007-12-21 20:03)
Some of my
friends are going to take the CET-4 and CET-6 tomorow. Best wishes
to all of you!
When it comes to the CET, I had
a special feeling about myself--lucky? I don't know wether lucky
would be the right word. The reault came from my hard working or
the luck someone bought me? But I did work hard for it
previously. Anyway, neither CET-4 or CET-6 is not a big deal. The
don't mean anything!
I've had a running nose and
a sore throat recently, which almost freak me out. So I have
decided to 'vanish' for a little while tomorrow noon when my
roomates are napping before their test. I'm afraid otherwise I
would disturb the girls. But here's the problem: where'd I go?
Library! I am going to bring my laptop there and watch a moive.
When the moive is finished, I can be back, heh heh...
Thank You! (2007-12-12 16:46)
I feel
that I am really a lucky dog, because
there are always some people around me who reached their
hands to help when I was in some kind of
trouble.
I was busy signing up for toefl
on December 3th. Due to the poor Internet service on campus, I even
couldn't enter the net page. Oh, it was absoluetly a
nightmare! Thank God, finally my uncle who had a Internet bank
account helped me with the signing up in Shanghai. But it took him
almost one day to get it done, coz the procedure was complicated.
(I am always too shy to show my appreciation to others. But that
doesn't mean I didn't. Thank you very much from the bottom of
my heart. Action is more powerful than words. Maybe a good toefl
result is kind of my thank you,hehe... It would be my honor to have
a chance to he
