健康提醒：保鲜膜碰到食物坏处多　保鲜膜轻轻一撕，保住食物的美味，为食物保鲜带来极大的便利。只是，愈来愈多的研究发现，便利的代价可能超过你我的想象。

　　为了全家人的健康，千万不可将保鲜膜包着的食物送进微波炉加热烹煮!

　　塑料膜包装食物出售，到处可见，但科学家担心这种随手可得的方便，究竟安不安全?

　　因为有些塑料膜含有干扰内分泌的物质，会扰乱人体内的荷尔蒙，引起妇女乳癌、新生儿先天缺陷、男性精虫数减低，甚至精神疾病等。

　　根据《纽约时报》的报导，美国的环保署已开始过滤几千种化学物质，试图把可能会造成内分泌失调的凶手找出来，再进一步深入研究。荷尔蒙随血液运送到人体各部，牵制人体新陈代谢、生长、生育等功能，过多时会扳动破坏已调整好的内分泌系统。

　　动物实验证明有害数据显示，有些塑料膜(保鲜膜)的塑化剂是聚氯乙烯塑料包装产品，含有di-(2-ethylhexyl)adipate，简称为DEHA的一种塑化剂，以增加保鲜膜的附着力，但会渗入食物，尤其是高脂肪的食物。并且在加热时，塑料膜会加速释出塑化剂DEHA。

    各位朋友们，身体是革命的本钱，要注意保养自己。。。。富含锌的食物对精子的产生、数量及成活率有着重要的影响。缺锌可以引起男子输精管萎缩。**、附睾、前列腺发育迟缓，**上皮细胞萎缩。据研究，每人每日摄入锌最低量应在15毫克以上，而现在平均仅为9毫克。因而有意识地多吃些含锌多的食物，对男子汉是有益的。在食品中，牡蛎含锌量最高，每100克含量高达100毫克，国外将之誉为'男子汉食品'。此外，牛肉、鸡肉、瘦猪肉、鸡肝、蛋类及花生等等都富含锌，可适当多吃些。
维生素A——橙子等黄色水果;胡萝卜、南瓜等蔬菜;鱼等。
    维生素C ——水果(尤其是柑橘类水果);绿叶蔬菜如椰菜、菜花等;浆果类如草莓、蓝莓、覆盆子等;以及马铃薯和甜薯等。     维生素E——坚果、种子、鳄梨、蔬菜油、鱼油等。     硒——巴西果、金枪鱼、卷心菜等。     锌——南瓜、葵花籽、鱼、杏仁等
