个人经验：如何有效提高英语听力？

    在英语学习中，应努力提高听力。这样可以借助听觉，大量、快速地复习学过的单词和词组，并在此基础上扩大知识面，更多地掌握同一词 的不同用法，提高阅读速度与理解能力。下面 笔者根据自己近两年的实践，与英语自学者谈 谈在提高听力方面的点滴体会。

    我觉得要提高听力，首先应从多听教学听力录音带入手，如所学的课本录音带，口语教材录音带，也可以选听适合或略高于自己水平的有趣的材料。无论是精听或是泛听，最好开始都 不要看文字材料。精听应先把录音内容从头至尾听一遍，再把听不懂的地方一遍又一遍地反复听。若有些地方实在听不懂，也应尽量听清各个音节，然后再翻开书看一看，有些影响理解的生词可查一下词典。接着再合上书从头至尾听，直到能够听懂全部内容为止。通过这样的听力训练，可促使自己提高辨音及听力理解能力。如果读过书面材料再去听录音，往往就不是耳朵在辨音，而是大脑在思索，背诵，如果看着书面材料听，则往往是自己的默读，这样达不到提高听力的目的，遇到新材料的时候就又会听不懂。

    精听最好是选用教学录音和有故事情节的短文或科普短文；泛听则可选用一些口语教材或一些有趣的小故事，使自己多接触录音材料，以求熟悉英语发音，扩大知识面，提高听力。泛听可一遍过，只要听懂大概意思就行了。如果一遍听不懂，可倒过来再听一遍，还是听不懂，就翻一下书，继续听下去占在第一遍听新材料的时候，一定要聚精会神，让自己的思维跟上每一个音节。在每句停顿时，可在脑海里反一下。听的当中遇到生词不要停下多想，因为有些生词可以在整个内容中理解。有些生词并不影响理解意思，可以不管，停下来想，反而影响听下面的内容。听音时要随着录音材料的频率在脑中用英语重复，而且速度要练得能跟上录音速度，不能边听边翻译。一般只要难度相当，能听清大部分单词，是可以理解其大意 的。

    以上只是自己在提高听力方面的点滴体会。各人有各人的提高听力的经验，尽管甲的经验不一定适用于乙，乙的经验也不一定适用于甲， 但可以相互启发，取长补短，用不同的方法来 达到相同的目的。英语自学者们，让我们共同 总结经验，提高我们的英语听力水平吧。

英语汇：英语听力完全突破方法

首先，听力训练材料的选择是至关重要和压倒一切的，对于初学者而言，必须选择那些语速比较慢，声音非常清晰的听力材料，来提高和巩固自信心。多听那方面的材料，打好基础，以后才有逐步发展的可能。我们极力推荐的是VOA Special English。由于Special English词汇量少，语速慢，是初学者最好的听力材料之一。过了四、六级的同学可能有这样的经历，好多材料听不懂，但是拿过来文字材料一看，简直气得不行，基本没有一个单词是生词，都是极其“熟悉”的单词，句子结构也很简单，就是没有听出来。所以初级阶段的目的是要让这些基本单词语音与您的脑子反应建立起快速、牢固的关系。对于过了四级，或者即将准备过四级的学生来说，通过复读机完全听写出special是完全可能的，而对于一般具有高中英语基础的朋友，我们建议您使用初中、高中英语教材或者新概念英语第2册作为练习材料。对于已经入门了的朋友而言，需要更多层次更加细致的材料来进行听力训练，我们提供了托福短文，VOA Opinion Roundup，Earth & Sky等节目。这些都可以作为中高级的朋友们做训练材料之用。当然，我们还将为朋友们选择更多更好的听力材料，以满足这两类朋友和其他各个层次学习者的需求。

   其次，就是训练的方法了。经过这么长时间的听力实践，还有主要是来自网友应用这些方法切实提高听力的成功经验，我们总结了这篇听力训练法，其原理就是用听写强化耳音和头脑反应之间的联系，通过听写提高辩音能力，通过译背来强化自己的语言应用能力。

   训练方法我暂时命名为《普特三步听写法》，主要由听写，对照，译背三步分组成。具体操作步骤：

一、听写
根据选定的材料来进行听写，关于听写需要注意的是

 1 、先将听力材料先听一遍或几遍，看看自己能听懂多少，再听写。复读听写一般以5-8秒的短句为单位，5-8秒短句实际是机械记忆音节，超过10秒音节太多,只能理解记忆. 不利于听写。
 2 、遇到听不出来的单词，尽量查字典，实在没法了，才对参考文章。这样主要是为了增强辩音能力。同时也是为了增大声音与脑子反应之间刺激强度。
 3 、工具：一定要使用复读机或复读软件（针对具有微机的朋友而言）。如果使用复读机听写，建议结合《听音查字词典》来听写，该书能够极大的增强您的猜字能力。当然英汉词典或电子词典也是必须的。如果是使用听力软件，则建议使用听力查字字典的电子版。同时结合金山词霸等软件。这样可以提高听写的效率。

产生的文件为听写纪录。形式如：0324Special1930听写记录。

    对照的前提是实在是听不出来了。这样通过参照标准文稿就可以从自己的错误中学到很多知识。对照是非常重要的一个环节，也是最容易被忽视的的一个环节。其具体操作可参考下面的做法。（另外，供参照的文稿如下：）

三、译背
译背主要是为了锻炼口语，翻译能力，同时也是更好的消化听写的内容，其具体操作可按如下步骤：  
1 、将听写材料翻译成中文。
2 、将译文翻译成英文 。
3 、对照（英文）无误后，一次一次翻译背诵。 （看着中文，背诵英文） 。
4 、朗读课文，追求流利。

   最终产生的文件有第一次翻译的英文，与标准稿比较，标出错误。这样就可以提高翻译能力。

   再有，既然英语听力训练的过程是一个特殊的基于记忆的特殊技能训练过程，那么我们就要要善于运用一切记忆的规律和记忆的方法。事实证明循环记忆是一种非常科学的记忆方法，如果是循环学习，那么每天的听写材料最好定在1分钟到2分钟之间，这样可操作性比较强。每日的进度可以用表格法：例如：
