Job Description:
Enterprise websolutiondevelopment team KeyMan Group, FrozenHTML is lookingforinteractive designer / web developer to assist in developmentandmaintenance of client websites.

- Exhibit solid time andtaskmanagement skills to handle multiple ongoing tasks withchangingpriority to meet project deadlines

- Must exhibitexcellentanalytical problem solving and communicationskills.
- Must be proficient workingonMac and PC platforms alike and know the Adobe CreativeSuitelikethe back of their hand
This position isprimarilyfocused on web buildout and maintenance, though solid UI/front-end design skills are required. We are looking forsomeonewho demonstrates a passion for the field, follows trendsandconstantly improves their skill set by becoming proficient innewtechnologies as they are developed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience inwebdesign and development
- Conceptual knowledge ofdesignprinciples (typography, color, layout, proportion,motion,etc)
- Proficiency writing codeinHTML and CSS, no "design-view only" types need apply
- Building table-lesslayoutsusing valid CSS across all browsers
- Extreme attention todetail;ability to complete tasks with minimalsupervision
- Working knowledge ofsearchmarketing / search engine optimization
- Understanding of webanalyticsand hosting services
- Flashdevelopment,ActionScript2/3 skills a plus
- Ajax skills a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with interactive teamtobuild client websites, emails, microsites, etc
- Performday-to-dayadministration of client and agency websites
- Test, track, resolvebugsduring development
- Follow throughwithcode-oriented search marketing tasks
- Build and manage ongoingemailmarketing campaigns for multiple clients
- Monitor clientwebsitesregularly and make recommendations for improvingperformancemetrics

项目主要分为项目方案设计、岗位需求分析、竞聘者测评及适岗性评价四个阶段。首先,根据客户此次竞聘活动的意图,明确了项目总体设计方案;其次,通过对集团公司(部)处级负责人的访谈、调查问卷的分析、整理,明确了岗位需求;再次,根据岗位需求及岗位职责,分别对各竞聘岗位进行了有针对性的能力素质模式设计,确定了评价原则并设计了相应的笔试、面试试题;最后,根据竞聘者在笔试、面试活动中的表现,进行竞聘者适岗性评价,评选并向客户推荐最符合岗位需求的竞聘者。
