Holly Her(2008-02-12 21:44)
Holly Her
by
Kakuji Funegata

Holly came with high heels and ponytail,
Rushing in the office like a cool breeze.
She decides that her work should never fail,
Asking for help and answers with a 'please'.

The most hardworking Holly does know well
What cloths to catch up with her lady grace.
Although the shopping does be hard like hell,
She always does have something to amaz
The Singing Lisa(2008-01-14 15:11)

The Singing Lisa
by Kakuji Funegata

Lisa, sitting beside me, loves to sing
With the same joyfulness and random rhymes.
Although you may not catch what she does mean,
You'd join her after so many times.

She can make quite some strange naughty faces,
Strange enough to make you laugh to the heart.
You'll see how her short whistle amazes,
Which can tear all your clouds in mind apart.

For Allie(2007-12-17 00:09)

For Allie

by Funegata Kakuji

She has bright eyes, warm eyes, a lady's eyes,
Just as two black pearls under the moonrise.
She has warming breaths and a tender face
And that her tender being in various ways.

Whatever the styles of her flowing hair,
She is ever-glowingly bright and fair.

After The Fright(2007-12-05 13:51)
 After The Fright
by Funegata Kakuji

That was a night of fright
When suddenly she stopped and cried.
He turned and asked her why,
She kept silence until the tears dried.

Then she raised her hands,
Grabbing his with an unexpected strenghth.
He waited, trying to be humane,
When her tears came out again.

Her hands were so cold and tight
And eyes so shiningly bright.
His reason held no clue,
Only heart beat for true.

There was no denial
That for a love he did fall.
But the mood was so fragile
That a kiss could end it all.

    'We shall, indeed.'

在Amazon上,对于About Face 3这样的好书,页面上的“Customers who bought this item also bought”里面列出的书都是值得阅读的:

  • The Inmates Are Running the Asylum: Why High Tech Products Drive Us Crazy and How to Restore the Sanity (2nd Edition) by Alan Cooper

  • Designing Interfaces: Patterns for Effective Interaction Design by Jenifer Tidwell

  • The Design of Ever

1)Web用户的行为能够改进网站自身(举例:Flickr可以追踪用户的兴趣);

2)用户的每一次点击都应该能够帮助网络更好地服务用户;

3)Why people contribute to open source?
  • self-interest(to solve their own problems)
  • self-expression_r
  • hormones(interaction among people)
  • Improve the world(kind of strange people)
4)Why users contribute to the web?

(Flickr: Without users' contributions it would be nothing.)
  • self-interest(to solve their own problems)
  • self-expression_r
  • hormones(interaction among people)
  • Improve the world(kind of strange people)
5)PHP 6: Improvements on Unicode facility.

6)Rasmus Lerdorf on PHP:
  • PHP is designed to be a templating system.
  • Any templating languages invevitably grow into a ful
