最近一直在出差,感觉一直生活在天上,总是迷迷糊糊睁开眼睛发现窗外水平望去是蓝天白云和飞机的翅膀,那天在一次采访中,一位可爱的编辑问我快乐的方法,我想了一下,总结了几条,在此和大家分享,也希望带动大家对快乐的思考,多多指教!

快乐密码一: 心

我觉得快乐是一种来自内心的情绪,与之最为息息相关的就是你的心,和你看待这个世界的态度.其实快乐是很主观的,打开自己的内心,去接受自己和这个世界,主动的快乐,是'快乐'的第一步.

今天在节目中ANDY问我什么样的男生是我的TYPE，现在就在这里为陈正飞先生答疑解惑。下面就是我的TYPE，已故美国作家杰克克鲁亚克，JACK KEROUAC. 著有《在路上》《孤独天使》《达摩旅行者》等。

最近有很多的感悟，都有记在我的日记本里，我没有办法把他们都抄在博客上，因为牵扯到个人隐私。但是，我很想和爱我和恨我的你们分享。

感悟一：看清自己，接受这样的自己。

感悟二：敞开心扉，不要害怕。

感悟三：时间真是好东西，不是因为它让人忘记，而是因为它让人领悟……

其实，感悟还有很多很多，零零碎碎，觉得对大家有用的，比较重要的就这些。我也不奢求大家都能理解，但是如果理解的话，真的可以帮到你，如果你有什么高见可以帮到大家更多，也欢迎赐教。

还有一个感悟，不知道对不对，因为我不是大师。我的太阳星座在巨蟹，而7月19日是巨蟹狮子，摆荡的交界，因此很多时候我是一个很摇摆不安的人，而我的上升在天平，今天突然想通，觉得上升其实很年龄无关，也是和感悟有关，如果摆荡不安的我能够找到天平般的平衡，就会变的更加完善坚定，所以我觉得所谓上升星座，应该是你在有一定的人生领悟以后可以得到的救赎，上升星座的特质可以弥补你本身的不足，让你变的更加强大。这只是我的一点想法，完全没有任何依据，但是有亲身体验，并不觉得可以帮到别人，特此在这里分享一下
