今天，天气很冷，可我们的心是热的，因为我们刚结识了一些朋友，参加333教育技术中级培训的朋友，随之培训开始了。下面是我的学习感悟。

首先，这次培训和以往的不同，我们首先在老师的安排下，构建了学习小组，精心设计了组名，设计了组标，还有口号呢，我们仿佛回到了幼儿园，对于我们已到中年的人来说，还依然充满了激情。我们这次培训在老师讲解的基础上，学员积极参与，并且是以小组的集体智慧展现，采用小组讨论，共同参与，抢答的形式，回答完还给奖品呢，这种形式既激发学员的兴趣，又学到了知识，同时还增添了乐趣，讨论总在快乐中进行，使得培训不枯燥。从中我们感悟到，我们的课堂可以以多种形式展开，课堂教学的形式可以改变，学生的学习方式也可以灵活，这样收到的效果会更好。
